why would take ghee..some amount of oil(olive oil u use) is enough.why do u need to take ghee everyday?
plus ,now a days ghee isnt pure stuff.

Yes I have done everything except digestive enzymes. I guess that is the next step, its just I am afraid that digestive enzymes may break me out as well. Also, don't know which brand of digestive enzymes are ideal
You're afraid everything will break you out. Maybe there's an external process going on here.
Can't be because I do not apply anything to my skin. All I wash with is water (unless the water is the issue, lol)

I too used to face the same issue. If I used to have something oily or fatty, I used to break out. I think it had something to do with how well the fat was digested and absorbed in the body. Recently, I started working out and now when I have fats I strangely don't break out.
