Please Help

I thought I am having things under control but this week I am breaking out like never before and in places I never broke out. I have pimples not on my nose but 4 of them symmetrically on either side. Its been 5 days since I ate bread and got constipated for a day and I am still breaking out. Regular BM since sunday. I also have 4 zits which came earlier and are slowly dying away.

I actually had 3 odd weeks of clear skin. I cant seem to point a particular trigger other than wheat. Are the antibiotics I took on my surgery to prevent infection about 10 days back acting up now or was the antibiotic keeping me clear..I hope not.??

I am soo lost and feel hopeless. Please help.

were you completely avoiding wheat prior to this? I doubt a day of wheat can cause breakouts but who knows!

no I used to have 1 wheat chapati made at home daily.

I feel the last time I started breaking out was also after antibiotics and this time also it looks the same.

I really need help. This time round I am eating supoer healthy and still breaking out I am really freaked out right now. I had reached a point where I thought everything is perfect. Please please help. I do not know how can I change my diet now.

please dont stress.it will not help u in any way.

could be side effect of the meds u took.yes,so u must be a lil' patient.

take care of ur insulin spikes,avoid grain for sometime now,take supplements and probiotic if needed.

also,sleep well.

stress less!

keep us updated.

p.s i suggest keep a food diary.

Ok I mantain a food log but wheat chapatis /methi(fenugreek) oparathas were a new addition. Also I ate some sushi this weekend after almost 2 months. I dont know if that had anything.

Thanks for your support Aana and Vista. I will be patient and wait and see.

I had sushi which had rice, sea weed and avocado. How are you doing Aana?
