so I know your not suppose to eat instant oatmeal, but i thought the ingredients in the regular quakers oatmeal packs seemed pretty safe

Oats are kewl if you don't have a particular type of dysbiosis in which bad bacteria feed on starch

But that's a pretty specific situation

The ingredients are shockingly not that bad... lol wow.

But, still, instant oatmeal is still "refined/processed." Sure it might not be bad, but it's also not so great.

You can get a big bag of oats for cheap too - with all the good stuff in it.

Plussssssss......... when you use real oats, you don't use the microwave. Your food is more "alive". lol

I guess you could keep eating instant oatmeal, but if you start developing problems, I would take a closer look at it because again, it is not a "natural" food.
