How To Gain Weight Without Getting Acne?

So I am a pretty skinny guy, 6' at 150lbs. My face is super thin and bony looking, and recently I've really wanted to gain weight to look "healthier" but I'm not sure what to eat. I'm already making my green smoothies 2x a day with tons of fruits and vegetables + flax seeds. I workout a couple times a week also, but not so much because I try to keep every calorie I can.

I can't do protein shakes because they break me out. What do you think would be a good way to gain weight while staying away from low GI foods?

Excercise more and eat more calories? But don't do P90x. This is my last week of P90x and I have gained 0 weight...

Yes, but I'm asking what foods offer good calorie benefit without aggravating acne. Seems all calorie dense foods do.

What foods cause acne is dependent on YOU. It may be worth it to do a food intolerance (not allergy) test.

If you tolerate them:

chia seeds

hemp seeds

nut butters

avocados pea protein poweder

coconot oil

Hope this is helpful

Eat high nutrient dense foods in a calorie surplus. You'll be fine as long as you eat REAL foods.
