Searching For A Turmeric Capsule...

Hello, after doing a bit of research on turmeric capsules, it seems in order for them to be most effective, they should contain piperine (pepper which magnifies the effects of the curcumin), they should be enteric coated (in order to get past the stomach acid), and they should also be standardized (same amount of curcumin in each capsule, i.e., 95% curcumin).

I have been unable to find a capsule that is all of these things. Any suggestions?

I don't think you need any of those things. I just take turmeric, put it into empty caps, and eat plenty of black pepper throughout the day. I'm noticing major anti inflammatory effects and a reduction in pain, so clearly my stomach acid isn't stopping whatever it does.

Try it. It's FAR cheaper to buy it in bulk and put it into capsules yourself, anyway.

I found a good and cheap technique for filling turmeric capsules. While idly looking at empty capsules on amazon, I saw that people who bought them also bought these squeeze bottles, like the kind used for applying hair dye or for holding ketchup. With a narrow nozzle. You can use it to fill your caps pretty quickly.

There are also gadgets for filling many capsules at once, but it didn't sound like they were all that great.

Himalaya herbs makes a neem turmeric face pack. You can try and see how it goes. Turmeric won't help much if taken internally.

Not true @ Binga...turmeric is super potent when taken daily with meals. It's anti inflammatory to the max
