I did it anyway. My reading was 6.4 mmol. I think that's perfectly normal? I t would have said either HI or LO if it was too high or too low. It would just tell me whether I have hypoglycaemia. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with being insulin resistance and/or acne.
Insulin resistance is not diabetes exactly... To know whether you're insulin resistant you would have to check both your sugar and insulin levels to see how effective the amount of insulin you produce is in lowering your blood glucose levels. I don't think that checking your blood glucose once is enough to tell if you don't have an issue with it. You would have to check it several times to see what your typical glucose level is, how long does it take for it to drop, and so on. Diagnosing diabetes is only about whether it eventually drops, does itrise to the point of obvious toxicity, etc.. But lenghtened periods of moderate glucose levels can also stress your system.

false, dairy has many ingredients that strip the body of things like calcium, instead of giving the body calcium, not to mention all the added chemicals and stuff that creates IGF-1 to mess up hormones. Some people are lactose yes, but that doesn't mean you can't get acne from dairy if you don't have lactose.

i eat raw diet wich is fruits/vegetables+meat/fish only for like 3+ month.

hit the nail on the head, but like I said once your glands are working properly and your diet is in check, you should be able to basically ejaculate whenever you want and not get break out, at least that's what it is for me. About 2 weeks ago I was having sex daily, no ill effects.

For some people like me, you can have the healthiest diet in the world and it won't make a difference. I still break out every day. I think the 'unhealthiest' thing I've eaten over the past month was a couple of low fat Wheat Thins. I've been tested for gluten and dairy intolerances and came back negative.
For lunch today I decided to eat a cheeseburger and fries because I'm basically just fucking fed up with all of this shit. I'm like 6' 145lbs because I've been afraid to eat ANYTHING.
