I agree. Masturbation can definitely trigger acne for some people. To be honest, I'm probably one of the most peverted people here. I masturbate 1-2 times a day, I have organized files on my pc of the hottest porn on the net. I can't stop thinking about sex. "I just wanna bang hot chix" It's funny because I started masturbating when I was 13 and thats exactly when I started getting acne. I don't believe puberty alone caused it. There is no way, everyone hits puberty, at least half of the teenage population would have acne problems if it were puberty alone to cause it.
why not just build a strong mind. Self dicipline yourself to not do the things that you even may think cause acne, if you are going to a fast food restraunt, try to hold yourself to getting a water or a salad (they even found a way to make salad's unhealthy now). thats all; if you make things harder for you now, they will be easier later.
(this is like swinging a baseball bat with a weight, when you take the weight off it will be alot easier to swing.)
my skin was best when I was really busy, and was too tired to masturbate. Coincidence? Maybe. Also my skin looked good when I masturbated at night, right after putting on BP. Who knows. I'm trying this out right now - drinking tea with licorice root, it's supposed to make you less horny.
Here is my short story..... I had absolutely no acne problems from grade 8-11. Then grade 12 came and I started having sex almost every day. After the very first time I had sex, I noticed that my skin became acne prone. People kept on telling me that my acne problem was just because I was a teenager with hormones, and that the acne will go away eventually. I ignored the problem and kept having sex and masturbated. When I didn't have sex I must have masturbated about 8 times a day or more (sometimes around 30 times from friday-sunday). This caused my acne problem to get worse and worse. I used a lot of products including: ProActiv, Oxypads, Neutrogena, Clean & Clear, etc. I used ProActiv for 2 months, Oxypads for a month, and other products for monthly periods. These products did not make my acne get better, and only caused scarring. One day a woke up and smelt the coffee, I got rid of about 70 lesbian dvd's that I had, that's right, I picked them up and threw them in the garbage can, and I decided to stop masturbating. I thought to myself, "....I never masturbated when I was a kid, so why should I have to now". Then I thought to myself, "It's getting in my way of doing sports, going out with friends, and not to mention watching the computer screen is not too good for your eye-sight". I have followed certain healthy decisions, and now I have no acne problems. Here are some steps that I follow, that should help you with acne. Steps are in the order of importance, in my opinion.
Step 1 - Get at least 8 hours of sleep everyday, so your body can heal properly (your body heals while you sleep)
Step 2 (eating and drinking habits) - Drink lots and lots of water. Don't drink cold water; it creates a shock to your body. Instead, drink coldish-warm water. I know you may not like this temperature of water, but hopefully you'll get used to it. p.s. - boiled water that has cooled down to a drinkable temperature is the way to go. Do not eat deep fried foods and do not eat from fast food restaurants. Don't use teflon pans to cook (look it up on the internet about why not to). Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Don't use microwaves, ...I swear, there's gotta be something wrong about a pizza that is supposed to take 22 minutes in a 400 degrees Fahrenheit oven, yet takes 1 minute and 30 seconds in the microwave. Plus, microwaves deplete nutrients out of your food.
Step 3 - Stop Masturbating
Step 4 - Don't touch your face, unless you have just washed your hands. Not touching your face will probably really hard for you to do, but try and see if you can pull this step off. This also includes not picking you nose. Do not pick or pop any type of anything of your face (pimples, etc.), it will just cause scarring.
Step 5 - Wash your face with dove soap (with a clean wash cloth) in the morning, at night, during a shower/bath, and after you've worked up a sweat. You have a very slim chance of being allergic to Dove soap because it is hypo-allergenic. Also, Dove soap works well on the rest of your body as well.
Step 6 - Keep the area where you live and sleep clean. This includes washing your bed sheets and pillow cases, or else you will become more prone to acne.
....If you are someone who doesn't follow any of these steps and still has no acne problems, that's just because you have dna that promotes the healing of your skin and pores. Most people don't have this type of dna structure though, and require the above steps to stay acne free.
Yes everytime you ejaculate you get 5 spots + 1 cyst in addition to any further ejaculations the same day. Your visual acuity will decrease by an average of 0.000052% per ejacule and your willay will shrink to a length 0f 1.5nanometers by the time youre 34 years old.
This guy knows his stuff
Masturbation will definitelynot caused acne, it just a myth. In fact it the opposite, guys need to release themselve from stress by masturbation. You keep it all inside, your stress has no ways out of your body but to get thru your skin, does that make sense to you.
Acne are caused by sun, people who took steriod, hormone pill and some are genetic. Cmon, go and maturbate now.....
there might be a benefit to masturbating fast, rather than slow. When you sit for 5 hours looking at porn, while maintaining an erection (as I used to do as a teen) your stress levels are always up. On the other hand, masturbating in a minute or two is better, because there's less stress. Speaking of masturbating..
I've masturbated 14 times in the last three days. Not a spot.
In fact, after I first lost my virginity when I was still a teen, my girlfriend and I went at it 2-3 times a day for six months, and I masturbated on top of that. Still not a spot. Ever seen a porn star with acne?
Porn stars dont have as much sex as you would think.
