Peanut butter and oatmeal bars - recipe in breakfast and dessert threads.
Some nuts
Lentils cooked with garlic, onions, tomatoes, tumeric and some chicken sausage, which I will have again for dinner unless I feel like making the stir fry I really should. And I just realized I forgot to add some frozen chopped spinach I 'll do that for dinner.
Red bell pepper chunks with hummus.
Yesterday I had some eggs scrambled with onion, tomato and same sausage. And a oatmeal and peanut butter bar.
Salad of tomato, basil, ricotta salata cheese (which I think is ricotta that's been pressed or something to harden it and make it sliceable) And some romaine lettuce sprinkled w/ pumpkin seeds for more protein. All with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
The lentils and sausage, freshly made.
Small banana before bed
buttered toast w/grape jelly
subway 6 inch sub; roasted chicken with swiss, veggies and mayo
sesame chicken. steamed white rice with sitr-fryed veggies and dry wontons
rooibos red tea and half and half
I am craving waffles with peanut butter and syrup for breakfast tomorrow
Mmmmmmwaffflessss.
Also: I'm about to have popcorn.
mixed green salad (arugula, romaine lettuce, baby spinach)
raw carrots
1 banana
1/4 cup cashews
tuna
shrimp
dark chocolate
green beans
lima beans
broccoli
1/4 cup almonds
1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
seasoned turkey breast

Ok so I didn't eat this, but I REALLY want to:
Grilled chicken tacos - made with garlic, apple cider vinegar, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, oregano, sea salt, green onions, grapeseed oil, a twist of lime and some fresh made salsa and guacamole on the side. Maybe some beans too.
This would also be delicious on top of some lettuce.
Sometimes I know exactly what I want
10:00 : oatmeal with blueberries, almond milk
1:00 : tuna sandwich on some lithuanian rye bread (mmm), apple, low GL granola
3:00 : handful of collard greens with some balsamic vinaigrette and a carrot
4:45 : grilled salmon, brown rice, quinoa sauteed with garlic, olive oil, and onions
5:45 : salad consisting of kale, iceburg lettuce, onions, cucumber, with balsamic dressing
around 8:00 I'm probably going to make myself some lentils with boiled collard greens, and that'll probably be it for the day
throughout the day i try to have like 5-6 bottles of water and 4 cups of nettle tea
Plantains sauteed in coconut oil and topped with yogurt and a sprinkle of Chinese 5-spice powder. Plus one egg cooked in a hole cut out of a slice of sprouted grain bread and a grilled tomato.
Sandwich made with canned mackerel, onions, oil and vinegar on half a toasted pita and a cole slaw made with a vinaigrette and feta.
Dinner will probably be curried lentils soaked and cooked with lots of onion, garlic, spices, sweet potatoes and greens. Topped with a spoonful of yogurt. Watermelon for dessert.

You should probably regret half of what you ate this day. And why don't you eat the whole eggs?

LOL I agree.... SKITTLES??? Man I feel guilty if I have too much fruit!
Okay.... I like this idea of writing down what we eat, then I can come on here and come up with ideas for meals.
Today so far:
Breakfast: Bee's electrolite drink - half a lemon squeezed into a glass of water with half a teaspoon of celtic seasalt and stevia to taste, it's actually quite tasty, it reminds me of gatorade.
1 avocado, handful of soaked almonds, 3 hard boiled eggs and a spoon full of coconut oil.
Lunch: BIG SALAD, cilantro, spinach, cucumbers, soaked pumpkin seeds, sprouts, canned salmon, oilive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and sea salt. It was YUMMY!
Dinner: I have no idea yet.... . Any ideas for the candida diet? Haha......
-medium egg + large tomato + large onion
-apple
-coocked egg + 100g spinach + 3large carrots + orange + apple
-2large carrots
-soup + 50g of cucumber + 1/8th of a pineapple + 100g of kale + 150g beef + 100g of potato + 200ml of yoghurt
-2apples 2 carrots and icecream
That was it, still working on getting more fat into it and maybe more calories.
Toasted Subway Italian BMT....and Wendy's Chicken Sandwich w/ fries and Chocolate Shake....
yea I'm way off the bus.......
haha. wendys chicken sandwiches are about the only things that i LOVE as far as fast food is concerned. i cave every now and then and get like 3 of them and just murder them all in a sitting.
are logs discouraged on this forum?
i.e. daily posting what i eat everyday with pics of my progress (i hope!)
i've been doing a different diet, started it in June and was on the wagon until beginning of this month. Went on vacation and unfortunately, did not eat well. My skin had started looking better, but hardly fantastic results. Quickest i was expecting this diet to work was 3 months, with it more than likely taking longer than that.
I think a log may be good to keep me motivated.
Dont know there is a place where you can post logs with subforum nutrition logs. Still you can better do an average day for people to read it. And add what you snacked and maybe what was special. You could also make a log for just yourself.
-at 2 i eat 2 raw potatoes and a green smoothie (spinach, apple, kiwi, tbs honey, 2 tbs hemp protein). its my breakfast but the green smoothie i drink throughout the next hour.
- at 530 i had a sweet potato and a peach. with a glass of almond milk and brewers yeast (one of the two supplements i had been taking, had some green foods that was all vitamins but ran out... debating whether i should get it again - thoughts?)
- at 9, i had 8 eggs and another green smoothie (kale, apple, pear tbs honey).
inbetween this meal and my last i snacked on almonds, brazil nuts, and rasins.
at 2 am - i had a salad with *gasp* 3 sandwiches (almond butter with sweet pepper) . i've been debating whether or not i should go back to eating grains. i don't get that many calories in my new diet and i'm trying to get back into shape.

Lets do this again:
My oats/buckwheat/coconut and spice concoction topped with sprouted sunflower seeds, a teaspoon of coconut oil, chopped apple and more cinnamon.
Green tea. Later some plain cocoa and a chunk of steamed plantain with a dollop of yogurt.
Late lunch of my simplified Pad Thai, recipe posted in the Sphaghetti Squash thread. Tons of veggies, especially cabbage and onions, mushrooms and extra egg. and a little shrimp. The mushrooms and egg help make up for the lack of soft noodle texture. And OMG, I just now remembered the package of maitake mushrooms I bought and forgot to include in the dish. I used dried shitakes from the giant jar bought at Costco for only $6. Damn.
I probably won't eat much else today. Just a little something with some fat to take supplements with. Its a good day for an intermittent fast.
