Let's see...my day isn't over yet so I'll tell you what I ate yesterday:
Throughout the day: lots of water and 3 cups of coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 c. cereal with soy milk
Morning snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 small salad (romaine hearts, sliced strawberries and carrots, no dressing or oil), 1 handful of Snapea Crisps, black grapes
Afternoon snack: 1 banana, 2 Hershey's chocolate cheesecake kisses
Dinner: 1 c. red beans and rice w/sausage, small salad (same as above, but with lite raspberry vinegrette
Before bedtime fix: 1 dark chocolate covered espresso bean
Green smoothie - collard and mustard greens, raw organic eggs, olive oil, lemons, blueberries, little broccoli, egg white protein powder
banana and some almonds
cup of jasmine rice with a chicken breast and salsa
drank some raw cream + banana
protein shake with dextrose (post workout)
Some turkey with a pound of mixed vegetables
Hamburger with bacon and the works, fries drenched in cheese sauce and bacon bits with extra salt, Miller Lite and Budweiser.

I got a McDonnals for brakefast
double sasuge and egg mcmufin meal.
For lunch i had a ham and mustard sandwich
and a chicken curry with rice (microwave meal)
On the way home i got a double cheese burger
and for dinner i had fish fingers, chips, peas and then for afters i had 12 jafa cakes.
A bowl of rice chex with unsweetend almond milk
A carrot
some celery sticks
a pear
8 almonds
a bowl of vegetable chicken soup
a cup of plain yogurt sweetened with sucronate with granola
a caramel candie bad meee!
a banana
a guava
some cotton candie beans, dont ask they grow on my land and they taste like cotton candy or something.
Today i ate
morning : Blueberries , Salads ( Lettuces , Cabbage , carrots , red cabbage , cauliflower , broccoli ) I added Avocados , salmon and extra virgn olive oil.
then ate a 3 bananas at different time. >_>
Some strawberries
Honey roasted snacks.. has Sunflower Kernel , pumkin seeds , Hamp seeds ))
then ate like 4-5 slices of Ezekiel bread and Ate Ezekiel cereal with soy milk

All I had yesterday was three eggs, over medium, and a glass of water. Then I fell back asleep for the rest of the day. : P
I track all my foods on The Daily Plate (at livestrong.com). I like that it keeps track of my daily intake of calories, fat, cholesterol, sodium, carbs, sugars, fiber, and protein. Plus I can track how much water I drink. And my exercise. And then, it translates it all into nice little pie charts for me. How fun!
I thought I could eat most ppl under the table, and these posts from everyone else confirms it.My god ppl are eating light round here
I've literally switched to eating one meal a day now, around the middle of the afternoon. I don't do anything physical so I don't require that much energy. And I'm not sure if this is affecting my acne, but it's clearing up for the most part.. we shall see.
* so far this morning I ate 4 whey protein powder pancakes...each has 3 carb...so 12 carb ALREADY in the morning....
my whey protein powder pancake recipe =
1 scoop protein powder ( any flavor)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/4tsp stevia
3 tbsp butter or any oil( I just use grape seed oil since im too lazy to melt butter haha)
mix everything together and cook it on a oiled pan on VERY low heat slowly...has to be slowly cook it or it'll have a weird texture~
in total each pancakes = 3g carb per and it's very fulling ~! I top it with coconut oil + ground cinnamon powder sometimes ( cinnamon powder has a few carb in it..so I dont use it that often)

Meal 2: McDonald's #4 Combo Breakfast: Sausage, Egg, Biscuit/Hashbrown/Large OJ
Meal 3: Supreme Topping Pizza 2 Large Slices
Meal 4: 3 Chicken Breast Tenders, Banana, Grapefruit Juice, Water
Meal 5: Chinese Chicken w/ Broccoli, 8 Steamed Dumplings
Meal 6: ON Whey Shake
Meal 7: CLASSIFIED
Everyone wanna be a bodybuilder, but nobody wanna eat a crapload of food.
i dont think i would have a problem if i ever wanted to become a body builder, hah. i love to eat way too much... but however im not trying to gain weight but lose it so cant do that.

Morning:
1 whey protein powder & flaxseed pancake ( should be less than 4 net carb...gosh...4 from a pancake....)
salad mixed with olive oil ( should be 2 net carb....)
now:
half a eggplant with olive oil ( just read that 1 cup of it has 6.16 net carb....I probably ate like 1 and a half cup = 9 net carb)
OMG I just spend 15 net carb in the morning...what am i going to do for afternoon and dinner
im going to be fat..god!!!
Bacon and eggs for breakfast. Eggs are scrambled with the bacon grease
haha - thats exactly what i had too.... soooo satisfying it was the highlight of my day
lunch was steak and mineral water (too lazy to make broccoli)
and dinner was skewered steak tips with bits of onion and peppers
I dont exercise at all right now so thats all the carbs i can eat without breakouts lol ... what's that like 2 net carbs? doctor atkins would be proud lol
