I'm chowing down on my salad I made up called "Sunflower Blast Salad".

What's in it?
Ingredients:
2 Romaine Hearts
2 handfuls of sunflower seeds
2 handfuls of onions
1 chopped jalapeno pepper
1/3 cup of bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
1/3 cup of cucumbers
1/3 cup of strawberries
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup chopped brazil nuts
1/3 cup chopped almonds
4 tablespoons of flaxseeds
...last but not least, nearly 3/4 cup of extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
Now it's YOUR turn!
Drinking a Red Bull (needz my Taurine).
Next: cashews, then a simple salad of organic lettuce and carrots with some sugar-free dressing.
For lunch I fried some swordfish (yea I just picked it up randomly from the store) with some streamed carrots and green beans. It was weird, I was hyper after the meal (although it was probably my Red Bull I had then)

Omg, I can relate with the cashews! When I buy the cans (I'm assuming that's what your muching on them out of), I literally eat the entire can in one sitting, which even in the small cans, is over 1.5k calories! They are strangely addicting, but they are an excellent source of minerals.
I desperately need to start eating more fish, it's almost pathetic that I haven't had any in so long.
And about my salad: Thanks! It truely is incredible how GREAT it tastes, it's almost like a dessert. I find the more I satisfy myself with this salad, the less I get cravings for junk. (For example, my parents are ordering pizza tonight - I'm not even slightly inclined to give in for some reason!)
Oh, and I know the mixture of stuff sounds weird, but when you taste it, it tastes so well together!
Well I woke up around 12:30
Drand NO-explode and worked out for almost two hours
Ate two "Five dollar footlongs" one chicken breast and one turkey breast plus my accutane
Next ate a peanut butter sandwhich, turkey sandwhich, and a banana
Granola bar
Then some chunky sirloin and an apple
Then two more peanut butter sandwhiches and another banana
Then another turkey sandwhich and a bowl of serial(honey nut cherios)
Now when i get off the computer im gonna go get arby's 5 for 5
Breakfast
- A bowl full of meusli, branflakes, chopped strawberries and banana, raisins, dried figs and apricots, falxseed powder, seeds (hemp, sunflower and sesame), nuts (cashews, macadamia and walnuts) and soy milk.
- Glass of Apple Juice
Lunch
- scrambled tofu with tomatoes, onion and mushrooms on wholemeal toast
- Glass of Soy milk
Dinner
- Curry with seitan, chickpeas, cashews, carrots, potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower, onion, garlic leaves, beetroot, turnip, spinach and green beans
- Wholegrain rice
- Naan bread
Mmm typing all that's made me hungry. I think I deserve a cookie
What I ate today,
Woke up 5:30 am, start work at 7
breakfast- big bowl of organic, cranberry and wheat cereal w/soy milk.
10:30 a.m- carrots and dip, with a salad/ tofu and cheese.
1:00 p.m- apple and peanut butter. soy ice cream sandwich
4:00 p.m - cheesy baked potatoe with brown rice.
6:00 p.m- nutrigrain bar
now- rest of my brown rice and some green tea.

I ate pretty light today. I usually have 3 meals but I slept in late so I only ate brunch and dinner. For brunch I had an 4 eggs scrambled, 1/4lb ground turkey, spinach, onions, 3 kinds of bell peppers all stir fried in ghee. I also had a few boiled carrots on the side. For dinner I had 3 turkey wings and a raw carrot.
Morning:
some Brazil nut , STrawberries , baby carrots , Apples
at 1:00 :
I fried Wild salmon fish.. , Boneless chicken <-- i cooked this with Olive oil., and brown rice
my mom added corn oil , she didn't wanna add olive oil lol and i just bought this oil to cook
Oh well
then i went to work...
5:30 break.. i ate strawberries , apples.. , 1 organic banana ( TASTE SO Good love it )
back to work.. then at 7:00 lunch.. ate brown rice again with boneless chicken... then ate baby carrots
at 10:00 break time i ate some almond nuts with brazil nuts
thats all... lol tomorrow will be different. ..

@Healthoid: I didn't know you were eating bananas, I thought you'd always avoided them, and potatoes because they are starchy. How is it affecting you as a strong protein type? Also, I've go to your website daily, I can't wait for you to finish your Real Acne Cure book.

I'm thinking I'm going to go to the store and buy some fresh salmon today.

10 A.M: 4 slices of bread, 4 eggs, 1 apple
01 P.M: 1 can of tuna, 1 tbs ACV, 1 tbs Udo's choice oil, 1 tbs fish oil
03 P.M: 100 gram almonds and 1 apple
05 P.M: 3 slices of bread with meat
07 P.M: 300 gram meat and 200 gram spaghetti
10 P.M: 1 can of tuna, 1 tbs ACV, 1 tbs fish oil
Yeah, I know bread isn't the best thing for you, but I need my calories:P
Today was my cousin's wedding so I ate in style.
Although I did start the day with a couple of coffees and picked up a cheeseburger on the way to the church, not good but I had to eat something before the wedding
At the 'early' dinner we were served smoked salmon with rocket and capers for entree.
Then we were served a banquet style of mains:
lobster with herb stuffing
duck with butter beans
veal with mixed char grilled vegies
Dessert was a beautiful white chocolate wedding cake! Followed by cheese platters, of which I had 2 crackers with cheese.
I also had 2 chocolate balls with my coffee and I was driving so I only had 2 light beers and heaps of water.
I'm probably gona pay for the extravagant diet today with acne next week, but it was worth it!
