Basically what I'm trying to say is I feel like I'm at a point where I give up , I'm done giving a sh*t about my acne , and I already accept the fact that I'm gonna die alone in life. Guess I'm the first man who can live on an island? I'm not trolling or anything , this is really what I feel.

I know exactly how you feel. For me the worst was not being able to attend social gatherings or look in the mirrordue to my acne. I am cured now. Please read about demodex mites on this forum, in google, and in my past posts / threads. If you are this desperate then another few weeks with a couple topicals and/or oral meds will not hurt.

Topicals that have been shown to work are 5% permethrin, 50:50 mixture of tea tree oil / isopropyl alcohol, and ZZ cream from demodex solutions

For me none of these were enough and I had to do oral ivermectin-metronidazole
