Its crazy how a person could have everything they want. Nice skin, good looks, smart, good personality . But still feel lonely as hell. I used to think if I had perfect skin and ppl told me I was pretty I would be happy. For some reason I feel more lonely then ever before. I hate this feeling. Starting to think I'm lowkey depressed feeling a lot like this lately.

Been getting some clogged pores lately (little whiteheads) so am going to start using my Clarisonic again once a day. I used it last night for the first time in a while and my skin felt less congested and much cleaner, and this morning I swear my skin just looks better! Hopefully it won't overly dry out my skin like last time, cause I wanna see if this helps me!

So today I woke up to many new breakouts
When you think its getting better then ACNE comes back !!!!!!!!!! Darn You !!!!! I have many actives and a few that are painful and one that burst. Ewe! Yuckers!
Why ? why ? Im trying not to get discouraged but its awful having a face infested with ACNE !!!!!
Todays mission: Study Hard. Cook Fish. Study More. Work out. Think Positive.
Other than that I'm praying that it heals and it goes away.

It was nice nothing really special. But I expected that. I was just thankful to alive. Not too many ppl Ger to turn 21 Now a days. So I can't complain. 
some bad bad shit going on with my chest. the large scabs just fall off from random friction and I have no idea how to treat it. Should i wash it? The skin seems too sensitive to face a washing, but I wouldn't know... I think they're infected now. Fuck.
But whatever. Besides that, I'm pretty much over my acne. I acknowledge that I will have some scars, but I have faith that in healing my body my skin will follow suit and heal up my scars in due time. Even then, scars are just the inevitable, natural course of life. My acne scars will be a testament to this dark period in my life that I will have successfully conquered. I just need to focus on the body healing now. Probiotics seem to be the right direction.

I've had a few in my life, some where I have deep marks on my face, another where I had so many painful lumps and bumps. Last night, I had a dream where I had scabs and big puss filled bumps on my face (so disgusting) - I woke up so relieved that it wasn't real!
Skin not so great today. I think the new break outs are probably from the other day when I met with family at a park. I wore sunscreen on my face, a little more makeup than normal and used an exfoliator that night to help get it off... I'm hoping it will clear up by tuesday because that's when my break finishes and I'm back to uni. Before today my skin had been pretty good this week.

I've had a few in my life, some where I have deep marks on my face, another where I had so many painful lumps and bumps. Last night, I had a dream where I had scabs and big puss filled bumps on my face (so disgusting) - I woke up so relieved that it wasn't real!
That's good your skin is doing well!
I haven't had skin nightmares but I've had this horrible dream 2 or 3 times where all my teeth have fallen out. And on every occasion it feels so real!! I'll be in bed and feel as if my teeth are becoming loose and starting to crumble and it feels like I have gravel in my mouth - It is the strangest feeling and it freaks me out so much!
Because I'd had that dream a few times I googled it to see what it means. Turns out it's pretty common and is supposed to reflect your anxieties and worries about appearance and how others perceive you as well as be an exaggeration of worries about being embarrassed in some situation.
There are probably other interpretations to but the thing about worrying about your appearance really fits me (unfortunately) and I've noticed that when I've had these dreams it's been where my skin has been the worst it's been in a while. Dreams are pretty interesting

All the time! I've noticed that most of my nightmares seem to involve my skin these days. Usually in the dreams my skin will look much, much worse than it is in reality. Like horribly disfigured and monstrous. I'll wake up with tons of anxiety and the first thing I have to do is look in the mirror to remind myself that it was only a dream.

I've had that teeth one a couples times, it does feel SO SO real. You feel them crumbling in your mouth! It's so weird when dreams feel that real, it's like your mind is betraying you or something! hah I used to look up dream meanings but they never made much sense. oh well!

honestly, my skin is better than it has ever been in a looong time. used to have a lot of hyperpigmentation/red marks on my cheeks and dark marks on my forehead, it was awfullll. i tried the caveman method but so much dead skin built up on my face so i decided to use chemicals again.
i just started a basic skin care regime a few weeks back, cleansing, toning, moisturizing with an OTC brand and i exfoliated a little vigorously (but not enough to hurt my skin) because i had a TONNN of clogged pores... now my skin is feeling soooo smooth and looks pretty good. still a few imperfections here and there, some scars, but no pimples, but i think a dermastamp will soon fix the scars. i still deal with 4-5 small pimples during my period but im honestly fine with that if i can prevent scarring! so yes as of now, i'm feelin pretty good

Well could my acne possibly get worse. I'm not really content with the way my skin has been looking lately. So i am staying in today an i will practice my gang am style !!!!!!!!
