not so good, actually pretty terrible. my skin had been relatively clear for about 6 months, few spots here and there so i had been focused on working on my scars. end of jan i got a break out around my mouth that left one major hypertrophic scar. end of feb i get a break out all over my chin, everything except one spot is flat now and my red marks are on their way to fading. this week i get four small cysts in a straight line down my cheek close to my nose. no spots on the right side of my face or forehead or half of my left cheek. i for sure won't be leaving the house this weekend.
down....WAYYYYYYYYYYY down, i cant eat or sleep im losing my mind over this, i cant believe the hold this has taken over my life, everything feels completely out of control, i feel like less of a human being and more of a nothing! GODDAMNIT I HATE THIS!!!

it also sucks when your mom comes home and says things like, your skin was looking so good, what happened?! you need to stop reading all these things online, you're just going to make your skin worse! why's it such a big deal, you just need to live with it! etc.

When I hate to do it and hate the scars.
I never listen to people who don't have acne cause they really don't know what there saying and they are always so easy about it.
But they don't know how difficult it is to live with this, i got this for i think 11 years now and got to accept it over the years.
But still nobody wants this, i'm very happy that my skin is now looking good and only got spots but no breakouts!! Lets keep it that way haha.
But people can be so easy when they don't know how it is to have this.
My chin has broken out due to that time of the month. My skin was looking so good a clear right before this, and I hate it now. In one day it went from like..one active to a bajillion. XD Blaagh. Hopefully it'll be cleared up again in a week for my Spring Break. 
I'd hate to look crappy for that..
The acne on my neck seems to have cleared up somewhat, but the area is still really red, and I have classes tomorrow. But, I can't get that worked up about it since my face isn't exactly a thing of beauty otherwise, so it doesn't detract that much from my appearance I suppose..
my friends were all talking about how they were so ugly because of their acne when they really only had one or two small pimples in an otherwise flawless complexion. i felt so horrible thinking about my acne.
I feel ya. Damn friends with flawless skin. My roomie will constantly complain about getting another "pimple"....when it's actually a tiny flesh-colored bump that goes away in a couple days time. Girl clearly hasn't ever experienced the wrath of a cyst.
Today I feel just as I've felt for the past few weeks. Crappy. I can't seem to avoid mirrors. And I'm still angry at myself for picking at that clogged pore on my nose, which resulted in a scab, which has now left a giant red splotch. I'm about to go put some makeup on to run some errands...let's see how well I can cover this beast up. Hate acne hate acne hate acne.
my acne was completely gone yesterday! then i woke up this morning and my forehead was a pink mass of cysts and whiteheads. i can't believe it- its not fair. i didn't even change anything in my routine. 
i'm avoiding the mirrors and anything reflective, really. i can't bear to see the horrors. 
Like complete shit once again. It still likes to stop by and remind me that its fkin me over and haunting me forever. Was starting to get clear and feeling good and notcied today a nice red inflammed bottom lip pimple forming. How wonderful! The most embarrasing imo to have. Hopefully the emu oil will do its magic tonight, if not gonna have to put concealer on it in the morning. Rather it stand out as a light shade dry skin color than a red infected looking mess. FUK i hate this sh|t!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im just down out nowadays, i dropped out of school, i may lose my job cuz im so moody and depressed, and im so goddamned stressed that my back has broken out, REALLY, REALLY, badly, like i have to sleep on my stomach badly, and i had a surgery on my stomach done a couple of years ago so its not any more fun sleeping on my stomach than on my back, i actually slept curled sideways in my chair last night cuz it was the only way i wouldn't stretch my stitches (they're a fucking permanent reminder of my fucked up fate) or pop the giant breakouts on my back. NOT gonna be my happiest birthday thursday...I'M PISSED OFF!!
I feel pissed off because after I got off birth control, my skin was crap for 2 months, then it cleared up to the point that I didn't breakout for 2 weeks, and then all of a sudden I got my period and BAM my entire face is breaking out. Thanks a lot you god damn hormones... I always get so excited when my face clears up temporarily.... but then I ALWAYS tell myself that it's the 'calm before the storm'.. and not to get too excited... and I'm always right.. I hate that.. It's like a glimpse of hope that gets crushed. My whole life changes when my skin is crappy... I feel like an entirely different, pesamistic person. I hate this!

I feel ya. I used to be SO happy during those weeks in between my period because those were my clear weeks. Then all hell would break loose. I suggest going to your derm and trying something else? Birth control screwed me over completely (I got a rare disease from it and when I got off it, my acne was 10x worse than it ever was before) but my derm prescribed me Clindamycin and Differin and I've been able to avoid the crazy cyst breakouts for a couple months now! Im not sad or depressed, I actually angry. I had a great day yesterday, no active pimples at the time. When I washed my face last night I found THREE new ones on my forhead. And they are the worst kind. They never get a head, I cant pop them and they hurt like hell!!!
Its a weird feeling. I usually listen to music in the car, but the only thing I felt like hearing was Black Sabbath. I think that just kinda perpetuated the angry mood lol.
BTW if anyone else gets these kinds of monster cyst things on their forhead, how do get rid of them? Ive tried hot/cold and BP but nothing works it takes WEEKS for them to go away.
