Thanks so much! Its not too bad, just sucks. And omg ur so right! I never even thought about that the whole using lime on ur skin too much. Lol I'm just so tired of worrying about skin. Hows it going with ur skin?
No worries
As always, my skin could be a lot better haha Pretty much broken out all over my face (though I think it looks worse than it really is because of PIH marks) but I'm feeling ok at the moment because it's calming down and I can see an improvement from last week.
Thats good to hear, improvement is always good. I'm don't want to complain beause it could be a lot worse. So gotta stay positive.
^ sounds like a nice recipe to me
Yeah I can't decide whether a juicer or blender would be better... I think I'll go with a blender first - I think I read somewhere that a blender helps to retain more nutrients and fiber that way instead of juicing. I'm not sure though. I think either one would be really good.
That's why I really like the idea of green smoothies - It seems like a really good way to get more greens into your diet.
Smoothies are faster to make. Juicing takes a while because a lot of recipes out there has a lot of ingredient. Plus it taste better because you can add bananas and mangoes ^^;; I used to drink green smoothies everyday and my skin did glow. I dunno why I stopped. I'm gonna go shopping in 2 days and buy some leafy green and try to make a smoothie everyday. I also started to drink 2 tbsp of turmeric powder a day mixed with one cup of coconut water. I'm getting used to the taste, but still taste horrible.

You could always add the tumeric to the smoothies once you start making them. Maybe with all the other fruit / leafy greens you won't be able to taste it.
Whichever you end up doing, let us know how the smoothies go for you
Idk what i feel..
I agree. My skin is so slowly slowly clearing up. Red marks are fading about 5% a day. Everytime a pimple shows up though, it's just 1 red more red mark I have to deal. I want to be happy about my progress, but it's so hard to be legitimately happy again. I haven't felt true 100% happiness in 6 months.

Thanks! I used to add 1 tsp and it tasted OK! But I like it better without it. ha ha.. I will get used to it, so I am going to do that again. ^^
Anyways, my skin is doing fine. The cysts I got on chin is dried, but hurts slightly when I press it. I apply jojoba oil, so I message my entire face without pressing too hard.

Exactly how I feel. Every time a new pimple comes up I know it's gonna leave another mark on my face. It's frustrating and annoying. And this needs to stop now
I'm in my late twenties and still breaking out. It's not the severity of the acne that gets me down, it's the fact that it refuses to go away. I always imagined I'd have clear skin and confidence by this age and it hasn't turned out that way. This is wearing me down, bit by bit.
Not being able to tell when (or if) this will end is really hard sometimes... I try to keep a positive outlook and enjoy life but i can't help but think there's things i'm missing out on. I know there are things I've let acne hold me back from - mainly because of the effect acne has had on my confidence and self-esteem...
I guess we all have our 'bad days' in coping with acne - today just seems to be one of mine...
I decided not to go to the gym this week. It is very bright in the gym which my skin look very bad. I have 2 big ones and red marks which have improved, but still there. I hope these 2 ugly pimples minimize by next week so I can go to the gym 5-6 times a week. I don't see bumps at all. so I won't be breaking out at all. I only see a few bumps under skin at the left cheek. My goal is to improve red marks by 50-60% at least before college starts..I have 3 weeks. I will be wearing hat, so it will help me ;\
Having a bit of a bad morning today....and it's the day I go back to school...joy.
I keep getting these little whiteheads, in the most random areas of my face where I usually don't break out. It's frustrating because I don't know what's causing these - I didn't get them at the beginning of the summer, but for the past 2 weeks they seem to have keep coming back. It makes me wonder what on earth I'm doing to cause them, but I can't think of anything that's changed. I'm just hoping they stop....ugh. I guess I should be very grateful they're not big and inflamed, though. It's still frustrating cause they keep coming and they leave little red marks in their wake. On top of that the side of my lip kept itching last night horribly so I scratched it a lot and now it's irritated there Great.....ugh. My skin had been doing so well the past few days. Oh well. It has to only get better, just need to stay positive and not think about it.
Well on a positive note, Im feeling pretty damn good! My face is looking good which in turn makes me feel really good but than again, in the back of my mind is that little fucked up thought of, is it gonna get bad again and when, so I basically just have to learn to live in the moment and not worry about what might happen. Anyway, best of luck to all in the acne fight/the devils disease!

Good luck <3 I'm wishing for your happiness
Pretty upset.
My chin is inflamed. I know it's cos of that time of the month coming - I've put ice packs on it and that's about it. I really only break out on my chin and around my mouth and it's really frustrating.
Sad to read that most of us are having a bad day and/or week.
