Please bring back old formulation
This used to be one of the few things that soothed the nerve pain in my husband's hands (non-diabetic idiopathic neuropathy), and the new stuff is instead irritating. Please consider offering two different products, something like "Standard" and "Intense Soothing." I realize it's more complicated to offer more products, but the previous formulation really was special (and going by other reviews on here, I'm not the only one who thinks so). The new formulation is fine for me, but again, it's nothing special, and I'd just as soon get something from a drug store.

Like the new formula
I like the new formula and the smell people are complaining about is licorice root isn’t it? Also the I would always be worried that the yellow color tinted my face so I’m glad it’s white now.. it takes a while to absorb completely so I use it as a night cream and a lighter gel like cream during the day

Dissatisfied and disappointed with the white moisturizer
Dan, Stop selling this new white moisturizer as this item is causing damages to the skin. Everyone is complaining and you are still selling something that doesn't work well. The smell is bad and whatever ingredients you have on there is making acne worse and causing bad irritation. We want you to go back to the yellow moisturizer that made us all a loyal customer for years since that worked to treat acne. I am very concerned and disappointed to see you let go of the old yellow moisturizer.
