Urine Therapy

First of all I want to say TRY IT! So why would I give it one star and still recommend it? Simply, because I don't think almost 300 positive reviews can be just people trolling and it actually works for some. Plus it's free. For me it didn't work. This is how I did it. I applied my morning pee 2 times a day and let it be about 15-30 minutes on my face and then washed it. It had no effect at all if something it may even made things worse. I did this for 1 month and then I decided to quit and went to pharmacy and bought real acne treatment and in 2 weeks my pimples are almost gone. Some new still come, but they stay small and disappear quickly. P.S 25 and 10 years of acne.

guys i have 3 weeks using this kind of treatment . I swear to god that this thing doesnt work on some people . I have tryed many things like BENZOYL PEROXIDE 3 % ETC. NOTHING WORKED. i will try honey and lemon for the scars . I HOPE IT WORKS. u dont have the idea how much i hate myslef. nothing works on me. WHY ,,,,, WHY . i have some friends that have tryed the UT and they saw great results. ME NOT . ONLY MORE AND MORE ACNE . SOMETIMES MY ACNE LOOKS BETTER BUT AFTER 2 HOURS MAGICLY THEY ARE MORE RED AND BIGGER. I DONT KNOW WHY. i am thinking to do one thing ....... NOTHING i learnt that i have to live with this. what i hate the most is that the acne came out very fast and it cought me unsurprised.. i once was very good looking boy and i have really nice body wich girls love. but this acne messed up my life .I STOPPED WORKING OUT..... AND SO I GAINED A LOT OF WEIGHT. SO NOW I AM A LITTLE FAT , I HAVE ACNE, AND I NEVER FEEL GOOD ON GOING OUT WITH MY FRIENDS. GUY I SERIOUSLY HOPE UT OR OTHER THERAPYS WORK FOR YOU. I STARTED USING THIS REGIME A WEEK AGO AND WHEN FIRST USED IT I SAW MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. AFTER 4 DAYS OF USING IT MY SKIN STARTED TO BREAK OUT ... AND I SAID WTF IS GOING ON. I DIDNT PAY ATTENTION TO IT AND KEPT DOING THE TREATMENT. IM SURE THAT I HAVE DONE RIGHT BUT I THING THAT WONT WORK ON ME AS EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE TRIED. I HAVE TRIED THE BP 3 % , CELNSERS AND MOISTOURIZERS. I HAVE GONE TO A LOT OF DERMATOLOGISTS. NOTHING ON THIS EARTH WORKED . THE WORST THING IS THAT I DONT HAVE THAT MUCH ACNE AS OTHER PEOPLE LIKE MY FRIENDS HAVE , AND THEY SAID THAT THE URINE THERAPY WORKED FOR THEM THAT HAD CYSTIC ACNE. I SERIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THIS URINE THERAPY DOES NOT HELP FOR THOSE WHO HAVE MAJOR SCARS I THINK.

This is an absolutely disgusting method for clearing acne. After doing some research , I discovered that using urine on your face can actually increase your acne because urine is filled with toxins and bacteria.DO NOT USE THIS , IT WILL NOT HELP.Trust me, there are products out there that can help that do not come from your inside fluids....nasty!

Its dosnt smell ! - i put it on half of my forehead for a week maybe 2 i dont remember and on the one with the urine i got new pimples and they didnt go away i did this for 1-2 weeks you can try you have nothing to loose - just dont be suprised if it wont work

i read alot of comments here and i decided try urine therapy.. i wake up piss on a cup and apply it 3 times a day in 3 days my acnes get much worse and redness to.. i decided stop that before it got worse over. now i'm very depressed and desperate.. i dont recommend.. but it can work for you..

It didn't work for me. I lead a very healthy and active life. I have healthy diet and drink plenty of water everyday. Before i started this treatment i made sure to be eating my healthiest in order to gain the most out of it. I used it topically. However, it didn't work. It didnt make my acne worse perse, it just left my skin feeling uncomfortable. It was also a waste of time on a better treatment. Nevertheless, i have heard that the true "Urine Therapy" is when you drink your own pee not apply it topically. But i dont want to try that but i encourgae the brave of you to do so. Currently, all natural Aloe Vera applied every day and night has helped my acne. Underneath the Aloe Vera i apply lemon juice (which really seems to help!) but ive stopped the lemon juice cuz ive been in the sun a lot. Dont let these reviews fool you! It is most likely a placebo or a combination of other factors that have helped these people obtain results. But who knows, i may be wrong =P

I have been using urine therapy twice a day, right after washing my face with a gentle cleanser (to remove makeup) for 4 days now. I was so excited to try it because of all the positive reviews I read about it. But it really doesn't seem to be working. I've broken out pretty severely, and I'm extremely disappointed. Has this happened to anyone else? If it has, or anyone who's used it has any advice, please let me know. I've tried absolutely everything (besides Accutane) and I am so, soo desperate. =(

I thought I found the miracle cure after reading all the great reviews but, no. This did absolutely nothing to my acne! I left it on over night and when I woke up nothing changed about my acne. People on here said how there was an instant disapearance of redness, and their face was glowing and acne dried up etc. But it didn't work for me. I don't recommend this to anyone unless you just want a face that smells like pee.

um.. I was hoping this was going to work. I dont know if its this theorpy which has made my skin in the horrible state it is in now. My skin has never been in such a bad state. It could be a combination of all the things I have been putting on my face.. but it seems ever since I tried UT my skin has been diabolical. I use to get the odd spot, but recently I have flared up with acne so badly. And I am tending to think it is because of this. I am highly disapointed as it seemed to help other people and I am wondering why it doesn't help me. I really don't recommend it. It just made my spots for itchy and skin uneven.
