Unsure
Okay so a lot of reviews here are only after a few days so I decided to do one after drinking it for almost 4 weeks. I am a 22 year old female and have struggled with acne since I was 12. Nothing worked for me so unfortunately I took accutane twice. After those doses my skin stayed pretty clear until about 4 months ago. Which was five years after accutane. I started getting cysts again so I went back to the dermatologist hoping to hear something other than accutane. Well , thats what they wanted to do so I refused since it is such a harsh medicine. I decided to try something else. So after reading and watching videos on this stuff I decided to try it. The day after I started drinking this my face was really clear and someone at work even mentioned it. But the week after that my skin broke out so bad. I decided to keep drinking it. I am almost at 4 weeks drinking it twice a day in water. about 2 table spoons each. My skin is pretty bad now. I have a large cyst on my chin but it flattend pretty quickly. and medium pimples on my cheeks and jaw line. I'm hoping that this is just "purging" since that is what happens with a lot of acne treatments. I'm going to continue to drink it for a couple weeks to see how it turns out, and then I will post another review. So as of now I give it two stars because I'm really unsure if it is working at all.

This is what happened to me when I drank the acv. I started off by drinking two tablespoons everyday for a few months and was very clear. But after a while, my skin started acting bad again so i took less of the acv and drank just one tablespoon per day and my skin got better and stayed better after that. I believe taking the 2 tablespoons became too much for my skin to handle so the reduced amount was the perfect amount for it to keep doing its job well. Hope this helps !

Long story short... I am a 22 year old female. 5 years after accutane my acne is coming back with vengeance. I started getting cysts again, So I decided to drink 2 tablespoons in water 2 times a day. I am on week 3 of this and I am unsure if it is working. The day after I started drinking this I got compliments on my skin. However, the week after I started breaking out pretty bad. Multiple large cysts, little pimples, whitheads, etc. I hope I am just in the "purging" stage. I have read so many good things about ACV working. I do drink the Braggs Organic vinegar. I am going to continue to drink this for a few more weeks to see what happens. I have noticed that my digestive system is working really well. Before starting I had horrible stomach pains and heart burn. That has subsided. I will write another review on week 5.

Be careful with this sh*t
Guys, I truly truly believed this will work for me. First night I took 1 tbsp and had the best sleep I've ever had. Day 2 - 2 Tbsp, got diarrhea and heart burns at night. Day 3 - Outbreaks, like atleast 20 whiteheads over the period of the next 5 days, in areas I didnt get acne in 2years.. I stopped after day 3 and my acne went away by day 8. So well.. I have decided not to risk this agian

Pros:

- Generally good for you
- Cheap
- Easy to find

Cons:

- I still get breakouts
- Taste, Hell hath no fury like a shot of this stuff
- Potential damage to teeth enamel

I've been taking two shots of Bragg's a day for a week now and It's not really stopped me breaking out at all. I'm kinda disappointed because all the reviews seemed positive. Most people seem to have results within a few days but I certainly haven't.I'm still going to keep taking it in case it suddenly works, plus I hear it's really good for you generally. If I were you, I'd try it. It may or may not work out for you. It's worth a shot. Good luck!

Pros:

cheap, works temporarily

Cons:

smelly, dries skin out, you get your hopes up for nothing

It worked for a week, drying out forming acne, but that's it- the scars remained. It won't prevent new ones though, it only helps to dry them out. The weird thing is, one day it'll be all dried out and then a few days later they look ripe, red and still are raised above the skin. Works if you only get one or two pimples a month, NOT on chronic neverending acne. It's just not potent enough. The pills didn't work either, I got new pimples on the pills and on the vinegar on my face.

Pros:

None for me!

Cons:

-Terrible taste
-Made me light headed

For over a month, I took a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in two cups of water. The brand I used was organic and contained mother. I drank it diligently every day, but never noticed an improvement....ever! I read that it was some sort of 'miracle' that helped with so many things (even beyond acne), but I felt and looked EXACTLY the same as before I started drinking it. I actually experienced negative effects-after about a week, I felt really light headed every time I stood up...and that wasn't just while I was drinking it. That was a consistent occurence. I know it was the apple cider vinegar because it never happened before, and it didn't happen after I stopped drinking it. It seems to work for other people, so I would still say it's worth a shot. It's pretty cheap in the grand scheme of things. The taste is bad, but take comfort in the fact that many other things taste much worse!

Maybe because you're anemic? It lowers down blood pressure. Don't drink it if you have anemia.

Pros:

Cheap, natural

Cons:

Did not work! Burns and hurts! Bad for your esophagus and teeth.

Several friends swear by this, I used it religiously for a couple of months. I would drink with apple juice and brush my teeth after but it was still horrible to down. I didn't get the results I was expecting. Finally went to a dermatologist and I have cystic acne so I need Accutane. Save yourself the time and pain. This may work for some people but I don't recommend it.
