I'm splitting my rating because opening up a capsule and putting it on dry cracked skin is amazing and deserves a 5 star but taking them internally for 3 months has done nothing for my dry skin or to help my spots.

Pros:
I start with a scrub of baking soda and lemon juice on my face, a few minutes then rinse. Next I use a drop of water on my fingertips to rub the Vitamin E on my face. Then I use a few drops of pure Grape Seed around my eyes, laugh lines & neck.
Cons:
Sticky, so apply right before bed.
Inexpensive and works well. I have noticed fading from my acne scars and the wrinkles around my eyes are much, much better. Google grape seed oil. God gave us all the things we need, naturally.

Take vitamin E with these other vitamins and your skin should clear up ! :D
Hi everyone! I have been lurking on these boards for a while now trying to find my almighty cure and I have finally found it thanks to you guys! Im writing this on every vitamin page that I take so I can maybe help someone out that is stuggling with their skin like I was. Ever since I switched my birth control a few months ago , my skin has gone haywire. I wouldn't say its HORRIBLE, but moderate acne feels horrible to me. I do the oil cleansing method with coconut oil and take zinc which manages it but I still get bumps here and there and it sucks and took a toll on my self esteem. I read all over that other vitamins can help cure you from the inside. I had nothing else to loose so I thought I might as well try. I bought some NOW brand Vitamin A 25,000 IU tablets, some SPROUTS brand Vitamin E 400 IU and take it with my zinc 50 mg tablets.I take one each after I eat my breakfast. LET ME TELL YOU.... I HAVE NOT HAD ONE BUMP SINCE TAKING THESE!!!!! I am in complete shock! This along side with my habits of drinking lots of water has cleared my skin! So PLEASE, if you are feeling sad and fed up with your skin, just try it you have nothing to loose! :D EDIT: i bumped my vitamin a intake to 10,000! At 25,000 iu it made my skin quite dry! Best of luck to you all!

Pros:
Can be taken orally
Tasteless when mixed with Juice
Bottle can last awhile all you need is five drops
Cons:
Can be harmful if you have skin that's already oily, and you apply it directly.
My skin is combination skin, but it's very sensitive. I heard that it works if you apply it to the skin. Didn't work for me it actually caused me to break out more. But I started taken it orally and wow.. the acne marks on my back are gradually disappearing as well as the ones on my face. You can see results fast I believe if taken orally. Oral medication always works best for me rather than applying it directly. But to each it's own.

Strengthens under eye skin
Pros:
firms skin
reduces wrinkles
Cons:
must be kept up daily
I used vitamin E from a bottle in liquid form and placed it directly on the skin around my eyes. It firmed and even removed a few wrinkles! I'm only giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that a week after I stopped applying it (ran out & haven't bought a replacement bottle) the skin seemed to not retain it's firmness, although it's not nearly as bad as it was when I started. So there's some maintenance to it, not a perm fixer but then again, not all beauty products are! I do believe that it's helped minimize the appearance of future wrinkles because I'm still complaining over the original few so there's something else! Over all a great product. Also, less is more with the bottle variety.

Pros:
helps fade post acne marks, evens skin tone, mostriuzies skin.
Cons:
greasy
I've only been using this consistently for a few days now and have noticed a big different. My post acne marks are starting to face and my skin tone is improving. It also makes me skin look and feel smoother. Vitamin E is great. It's a super antioxidant. It helps the body get rid of free radicals that damage the body, helps with cell turnover (that's why it helps the skin so well), helps strengthen the immune system. Poke a hoel in the gel capsule and apply to the face.

I used to have moderate acne - I stopped letting my hair touch my face!! I followed this regimen: for the most part) I wash gently now with the Citrus Clear Face Wash and then use a Benzoyl Peroxide spot treatment. I do also use the Citrus Clear moisturizer, but it does not have SPF protection - which is OK, because my skin is too sensitive for SPF. I use Baking soda to get my makeup off at night. This is what worked for me. I have begun to clear up and stay clear.

Pros:
helped reduce scar visibility, made skin with more moisture, soft feel
Cons:
none yet
drink plenty of water and take Vitamin E once a day, 2 times can possibly upset your stomach. If you avoid touching your face too much, and swear to it for weeks, you WILL see results. i am talking about the gel capsules, all natural i got at GN... very affordable and i did see results, i am now going to cut open the capsul to try to put it directly on my skin to help scars heal faster and even my skin tone!!! it's thick so watch out people!
Pros:
-easy to swallow since i take it orally
-ive noticed that my breakouts dont look too bad as they used to
-reduces redness
-noticed change in about 2 days
