Pros:

I think it works well. I use Nature's bounty vit. e oil. It's the one that is food grade, so it doesn't smell bad, actually like lemons.

Cons:

It is oil, so of course it's oily. That only makes sense

I read in Elle if you wash your face in the shower, then clean it with an astringent, then follow with a moisturizer and treatment, it will clear your skin. I've been following this routine, and it seems to work pretty well. I also use Lumene vitamin C drops in the morning as a treatment. Got everything from CVS( I work there).

Pros:

Cheap. Works well to heal scars. Great Moisturizer .

Cons:

Smells gross. Takes awhile to open the capsules.

I purchased a bottle of capsules for $3.99 on a whim. Ive been using it for a week, applying nightly and my skin is clearing. Old scars are fading and my skin is soft and smooth. I avoid putting the oil on existing pimples.

Pros:

It is great. You would never think that rubbing oil all over your skin would try up pimples but it does!

Cons:

It is greasy and I dont really like the smell, but you get used to it. I have noticed that it can dry out the parts of my skin that isnt broken out, so its probably a good idea to just put it on problem areas!

I got a bottle of vitamin E oil from wal mart for about 4 bucks and its actually a lot thinner and easier to use than just popping a capsule. Thats what I did at first and noticed it was really thick, and I was actually hesitant to use the thinner version, but it says on the bottle it is meant for external use and works just as well! I have tried SOOO many products and nothing has worked as well as this. So simple and so inexensive. I only put it on at night though!!

It works good, just dont use too much or you could increase your acne, and it also gets rid of any redness you have from previous or oncoming pimples

Pros:

Makes your skin clear, soft, dewy, and even looking. Gets rid of scars and red marks left by acne. Inexpensive.

Cons:

Thick, greasy, somewhat unpleasant smell. Might exacerbate existing acne.

I've been taking vitamin e gel caps internally as well as externally on my face for about a week now and I can definitely see results. I have red marks on my face from acne I had years ago that are now shrinking. The only problem is that because my skin wasn't used to it at first it caused me to break out in some areas. Also, it's not a good idea to use the oil over existing acne, as it will only make it worse. But for scars and marks, this is a great way to go. And it wont break your wallet.

Pros:

Fade scars and leaves face smooth, soft, and healthy

Cons:

It is greasy, thick, makes your face shinny, and can turn white when makes contact with water

I have been using Vitamin E on my face for about 4 years. I hyperpigment easily and this takes care of the scars in matter of days. I will suggest buying the vitamin E capsules and applying the gel on your face before bed. This way you don’t have to walk around looking like you have a face full of grease. It is great!

Pros:

Can lead to additional break-outs if you use more than just a dab.

Cons:

Heals scabs and lightens scars rapidly.

Vitamin E oil works when I am desperate and I have over-picked. Or if I have used too much Bp and the seasons are changing from fall to winter. If you want to try vitE oil, know that it will clog pores, and will probably leave your face oily because afterall, it is an oil. Remember, dry, flaky skin will clog pores. Oily, greasy skin will clog pores. You must find the right balance for your skin. I am a picker, and if I was not a picker, I would not have inflammation or scabbing. I am going to say it now, DO NOT PICK! If you pick, and there is a scab, dab a tiny bit of vitE oli on the scab. I usually switch between that or neosporin.

Pros:

Skin is much clearer since using Vitamin E oil.No spots have occured yet and many scars are dissapearing with the continuous use of it.

Cons:

Face is a little oily when applied on skin

Use it twice a day, especially before you go to sleep. Apply directly after washing your face.
