Pros:

Lightens scars, softens skin, moisturizes skin, makes hair feel thick?

Cons:

makes my skin look worn out temporarily and causes little pimples to get bigger

Vitamin E pills taken orally really helped with itchy dry skin which is more than enough for me to keep taking it. Applying right to my skin is 50/50 for pros and cons. It helps fade the scars a little bit and softens the skin, but makes my skin look worn out or "old" looking. It also cause small pimples to get much bigger if left on too long. I'de say don't overdo applying it to your face, it may cause as much trouble as it does good. Once or twice a week for a few hours should be good enough. Orally take the pill once or twice a day and this works very nice. You can't go outside when applied to your face it is too oily.

Pros:

helps clear up acne

Cons:

smells like motor oil

I am 26 years old and had acne for a while as a teenager. It started to clear up with age, then I went on the pill andmy skin was beautiful. After several months of going off the pill, my hormones are very imbalanced and the acne came with a vengence. I tried apple cider vinegar, a clean and clear kit, and proactiv and nothing worked. I have recently been putting tea tree oil on my face, letting it dry, then putting vitamin e oil over to moisturize. this routine helped, but then when I started taking vitamin e orally, I saw much better results. my ance in now under contol, just a few flare ups. I have only been using and taking the vitamine e oil for a few days now, but am happy with the results. I have also been using an all natural hormone spray to regulate my hormones, but I don't know if that is helping. I definately know that the acne problems I am having are internal, thus the reason the oil pills are working. I will keep you guys posted on my progress. All the best!

Pros:

Reduces and heals pimples, reduces redness. I *think* it has made my mild pockmarks softer. I think its the greatest thing.

Cons:

Cant leave the house with it since its too oily. Must sleep on back or else youll just smear the product before it ever gets absorbed.

Give it time to see results in redness like a month with consistent use but everytime I have a new pimple I dab on some Vit E at night and sleep and the pimple is very reduced the next day.

Pros:

Made my acne so much less visible and healed the redness

Cons:

None

It works really well! My acne has gotten a lot smaller and I don't have all the redness I don't even see my acne from far away so yay!!! Try it! It's so worth it. I don't know why other people don't like it but it's truly the best!

Pros:

Can be taken orally
Tasteless when mixed with Juice
Bottle can last awhile all you need is five drops

Cons:

Can be harmful if you have skin that's already oily, and you apply it directly.

My skin is combination skin, but it's very sensitive. I heard that it works if you apply it to the skin. Didn't work for me it actually caused me to break out more. But I started taken it orally and wow.. the acne marks on my back are gradually disappearing as well as the ones on my face. You can see results fast I believe if taken orally. Oral medication always works best for me rather than applying it directly. But to each it's own.

Pros:

soft, soft skin. a little brighter.

Cons:

sticky. I put it on before bed, then took a shower in the morning. It didn't really help my existing acne.

soft skin: yes. current acne: no. I began trying Vitamin E because a friend of mine swears by it, and her skin is always so bright and clear. I didn't have the same results.

Pros:

fades marks, soft skin, evens complexion.

Cons:

very greasy... use before bed or mix with a bit of moisterizer

Really great stuff. I just buy a bottle of vitamin E capsules at Wal-Mart and break one open every night. Much cheaper than buying a bottle of the liquid stuff at Shopper's.
