Cons:
Non.
I've been taking 1000-2000mg daily for about two months now but I haven't felt any effect on my acne.

Pros:
starts to brighten skin...
Cons:
Causes horrible deep cystic acne - and I usually don't have that problem! Vitamin C is in 80% of facial creams now so finding one that is free of it is tiring... you have to read ingredients VERY carefully because it has at least 15 different names.
I am talking uniquely about TOPICAL vitamin C, in facial creams and serums. I have not tried taking it internally. But I am so frustrated because for two years now I have been battling this but find next to no info on the web about it. Topical Vitamin C causes severe acne on my skin, every time, without fail. It sucks because most other women (if not all) find that it does heavenly things... life's not fair!!
Pros:
Non.
