Pros:

none

Cons:

dried my face out really bad and gave me little burn marks on a few places on my face

I decided to try it when I heard all the hype about ACV. Well I used it for about a week and didn't notice anything spectacular. Then I started realizing there were a few places on my face where it looked like the ACV had eaten through me good skin. I only used it at night and I had it diluted to three parts water one part ACV. Maybe it works for some people but not me.

Pros:

Smoothes and clears bad skin like no other product. Really cheap

Cons:

Smells like vinegar, stings eyes

I have really oily skin, acv didnt work so well. I found red wine vinegar with 8 percent acid. Works a dream, i have tough skin and apply it neat after each shower just once a day, unless i do sports. 2 weeks and my skin is nearly clear, no new breakouts, and current spots are healing quickly. Dont expect it to clear overnight, but skin is softer and smoother from the first use.

Pros:

-No IB (Initial Breakouts)
-Cheap
-Easy to use

Cons:

-Smells
-Minimal Effectiveness

I did not really have much results with this. The smell is horrible and you can't do it discreetly. Also, it didn't really reduce red marks and while at times it was able to shrink whiteheads, it was not consistent enough to be reliable.

Pros:

doesn't make your face look worse

Cons:

doesn't make your face look better

Did not work in any of the ways described above. I dilluted it with water, applied undiluted, etc. Did not help. Worth trying, though. Maybe it's gonna be your weapon against acne, who knows? As for the smell - it's totally ok.

Pros:

when i drank it i lost a few kilos :)

Cons:

skin went ballistic - pimples everywhere (although that might have been because homemade acne treatments aren't supposed to be used)

I still take a natural approach for my acne but i do more of an internal thing rather than an external thing. Perhaps because i bought the premium brand, my forehead broke out but I doubt i'd ever use acv again. My advice: -use organic -test if your skin goes nice with it.

Pros:

Less oil, better tone, dries out big zits, clears pores

Cons:

dryness, tightness, irritation (even when diluted), flaking, redness

the irritation caused problems. more zits in the long run i think. I lOVE the smell lol.....but it just wasn't that great to use however, I feel like it does have some excellent properties and I urge you to at least try it.

Pros:

This really dries out the skin so the zits go away, and your skin is kept looking good.

Cons:

The smell, but, really, you get over it....I did....

GREAT.

Pros:

Dries out zits quickly

Cons:

Smells terrible, even after it dries! Dried out my entire face.

It really didn't work for me, though I was really hopeful about it to begin with. The smell is awful, and even after it dries, it was still really stinky. It did dry out my existing zits quickly, but didn't prevent new ones from coming. Overall, didn't work for me.

Pros:

It seems to work well. Haven't had any new breakouts since starting it and old ones got smaller after a couple nights.

Cons:

SMELLS BAD! it makes me gag and I can only use it at night. My husband thinks it smells too! And I go to the gym in the morning and if I didn't wash my fash enough I can smell it again when I start to get hot!

Although it stinks I didn't want to drink it and thought it was worth a couple bucks to try it. I have tried prescriptions, proactive, acne free......the list goes on. I have moderate acne on my chin and jawline. Nothing seemed to be working. It's annoying so I thought I would try some home remidies. This did shrink the excisitng pimples and red marks and I have gotten a couple new pimples but they are smaller and they respond quicker to this treatment. I am hoping that another couple weeks and it will be clear and I will try witch hazel as to maintain. Hopefully it wont smell as bad=)

Pros:

Reduces redness of zits and prevents new ones from forming it availablle locally and really CHEAP!!

Cons:

SMELL but it fades after 2 minutes or so

Im a guy and only 18 so this might still be a hormonal thing but I used to get a cyst almost every month around my chin and Iam the worst at picking at my face so i now have these red scars where the cyst was. Im using Universal Medical Acne free system adn i read these reviews about ACV reducing redness so i tried it. I have been using it for about a week as a toner(50/50 water) and I think its working pretty well. Im also using Mederma which I think is helping to fade the redness too but so far I haven't had a cyst yet and my forhead is definatly breaking out less frequently so hopefully it keeps working. Oh and don't freak out if the first time you put it on your face that you turn red that happend to me but it was fine after like 10 min I think my face was just not used to it.
