Pros:

-WORKS
-Cleared up my skin w/in 1 week
-Haven't broken out in the 3 weeks I've been using it, except for when I got my period and got 1 breakout

Cons:

-You have to get used to the smell

I used it twice a day, as a toner. I'd pour a little bit into a cup, then mix with the same amount of water, and dab it all over my face like a toner, then moisterize. Do this morning and night. Make SURE you get the ORGANIC kind. It smells better and contains more of the natural ingrediants that aren't filtered out. I also drank it- which has helped alot too. I drink 2 tsp 3 times a day, mixed with orange juice. At first, I had 7-8 breakouts on my face at once, within 1 week, existing breakouts cleared, within 3 weeks, all were gone, and red marks are fading slowly. Definately would recommend it. It's a miracle lol

Pros:

Skin is clearing, feeling of lightness

Cons:

None

I began drinking ACV when reading about all the health benefits it provides, and in the meantime noticed my skin began to clear. I am 30 yrs old and never had acne until I turned about 27. My chin would break out so bad it was embarrassing to leave the house and even go shopping, or go to work. I've tried many products as well, but nothing has worked as well as ACV. I just found this website and decided I will start using it as a toner as well. Can't hurt to double up! I will let you know how that goes. PS., by drinking it, my digestion has gotten better, my stomach is never bloated, I feel lighter and I have more energy. This is a cure-all!

Pros:

- Reduces/control blemishes
- Fades hyperpigmentation/red spots gradually
- Not as drying as other toners

Cons:

- burns & stings like a mf
- smelly!

I was skeptical at first about using ACV--something you would put in food--on my face. It smells so bad and burns my entire face for a good few minutes, but after that the smell subsides and the burning stops. A few days of using this & I can see my acne becoming under control: less frequent freak breakouts. A few weeks of using this (along with some hydroquinone products) and my hyperpigmentation/red spots have gotten lighter. Overall, this is highly recommended because it's so affordable and natural!

Pros:

cheap and works

Cons:

it stinks, of course

It stopped my un curable break-out that starts when i was about 15. it doesnt seem to help with my red acne scars from previous acnes, but bottom line is that I dont have any new break out since I used ACV as a toner.

Pros:

Works well for helping to reduce existing pimples, seems to help prevent new ones, skin feels softer and reduces redness.

Cons:

The smell.

Been using this for a few weeks, and I'm pleasantly surprised. I use Bragg's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, diluted to 50%. The smell doesn't last too long fortunately. After showering, I use a cotton ball soaked with it to gently cleanse.

Pros:

Smooths skin very quickly, Cheap!

Cons:

The smell of it on my face burns my nose, but it goes away after about 2 minutes..

I used apple cider vinegar to remove warts from the past ( because over the shelf products were ineffective) but i never imagined using it for my acne. It really does smooth out my face and i've really noticed the decreased amount of new acne forming.

Pros:

Shrinks pores, takes away redness, lightens red scars

Cons:

Smells bad, stings your skin if you don't dilute it

I love this stuff! It's cheap and natural and works great. I use it after I wash my face at night (I don't use it in the morning because I don't want to smell like vinegar all day). First I dip a cotton ball into some water, and then into the vinegar. I wipe it onto my entire face and let it dry before putting on my moisturizer. Everybody should try this!

Pros:

so far, so good..acne getting smaller, skin softer

Cons:

stinks

I am a 28 year old suffering from acne! I have tried EVERYTHING: minocyclin, proactiv, murad, differin, solodyn, doryx, clearasil, neutrogena, chinese herbs, pearl powder, ETC ETC ETC! After doing lots of research, I found these 3 to be most popular: Pantothenic Acid, Flax seed oil and Apple cider vinegar. I'm on week 2 of Pantothenic Acid. First week, pores seemed tighter and skin less oily. The second week was purge week (plus pms time) so i broke out all over my chin and left cheek. Guess it's pushing all the toxins out...I gotta be patient, because I refuse to go on Accutane! I've on taken Apple Vinegar for two days now: 2 tbsp in water twice a day, and applying it diluted at night. let me tell you- after 2 days I am noticing a difference! no new pimples are forming and the ones i have are drying out!!! The red marks seem to be on their way to fading...I couldn't be more excited! So I will continue taking my 20 pills a day, ACV and flax seed oil! Hopefully this will

Pros:

-Helps reduce redness
-Helps reduce breakouts

Cons:

-Horrible taste
-Can damage teeth overtime

Its cheap, it does infact reduce redness and breakouts. But...overall it does not prevent acne completely. I have been taking for about 8 months now and I would like to not take it but I know it works because when I dont, my acne comes back. Works best in the summer, Winter is a rough time for acne so just stick with it.
