Pros:

Works within a few days, safe, natural, a skin miracle!!!!!

Cons:

None

I'm in my 30's, never had problems with pimples, bumps, black/whiteheads etc until recently. I also have very dry and sensitive skin, so anything like Retinol would make my skin super red and flaky. On the hunt for a skin miracle, I ran across the ACV routine. At first I used it with a backing soda wash, which was to harsh on my skin. Now I wash my face with a 50/50 mix of water and Braggs ACV (takes the make up and mascara off perfectly) and then apply a thin layer of straight ACV on my moist skin without washing it off. Even though my skin is very dry, I don't need to use a moisturizer since after the initial couple of minutes of dryness, my skin becomes soft and dewy. My pores almost disapeared, my skin problems are almost gone after 2 days. This stuff is fantastic and I wish I had known about it years ago. I'm also drinking it 3 times a day and it helps great forheartburn. LOVE IT.

Pros:

Instant Results, very inexpensive, easy to get hold of.

Cons:

The horrible smell

I suffer from quite severe acne and it really gets me down. I have tried sooooooo many products which I either do not have the patience to keep up with as they seem to do nothing or they appear to work only then make my skin look like tracing paper and acne gets worse. I have read about ACV and decided to give it a go. I have been having two tablespoons in green tea every day and have been applying it topically with a cotton pad, leaving it ten or fifteen mins then getting a shower and washing my face with a natural simple soap. Even after a day it has dried up all my deep cyst type acne and has brought out all the ones under the skin so they are yellow heads and can be popped. All the ones I had been squeezing which were weepy have now appeared to be healing quicker and have scabbed up much quicker than usual. It has also left my face much less greasy.I do think this stuff does dry your skin out but provided you apply a moisturiser afterwards its okay. Give this a try!

Pros:

Works!! Reduced redness and size of pimple. i love this miracle product except for a few side effects. got pimmples? RUN OUT RIGHT NOW AND GRAB A BOTTLE =)

Cons:

Took nearly 2weeks to clear, some problems with esophagus. Still have few SMALL pimples some old, some new.

I took ACV orally in the first week, I was so stupid I took 2 table spoon undiluted each day. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. The next day when i drank water my throat was so sore. ALWAYS TAKE ACV WITH WATER. 1 tablespoon in 16oz of water. In 8oz of water i still felt the burn. It is very acidic so do research before taking it or else you'll burn your esophagus. It took like 2 weeks for me to see results i nearly gave up coz i didn't think it would work for me BUT IT DID =) I still have like 4 new pimples I don't know what cuased it maybe it was ACV or my hormones. sigh* i can't wait til they all disappear. Before i had like millions of pimples on my forehead (caused by shampoo), then i stopped using shampoo and it is now so much clearer. Right now i am taking a break from ACV coz it burned my esophagus, but when i took, it i felt as if my stomach is cleaner (inside) and flatter =) I will resume taking in a few days. For some people like me it will take longer to see results. DONT' GIVEUP

Pros:

Cheap, easy, all natural, i noticed a difference in 2 days!!

Cons:

I'm a little worried about my tooth enamel, but i think its fine if you use a straw and rinse your mouth out after

I broke out after stopping birth control and was desperate to restore my complexion to the way it has always been (clear, perfect) I had been taking fish oil, zinc, and evening primrose oil for 3 weeks when I tried ACV. I drink 2 tbsp a day and after 2 days i had no new zits and everything is healing and drying up i couldnt BELIEVE it! i have had no bad side effects, some people break out even more as their bodies flush out the toxins but i didnt. Maybe because i was already eating healthy and exercising. TRY IT!!!!!!!!

Pros:

Helps restore tone and greatly lessens acne

Cons:

Just the taste but if you mix it with lemon juice and water it isn't too bad.

This really helped me a lot. Months ago my skin was red and had lost it's tone, after using apple cider vinegar my tone came back and my acne lessened a lot. I was drinking about a tablespoon a day as well as applying it topically. Use the braggs kind because it is unpasturized and organic and seems to really get into the skin. I had been dealing with acne for about four years and this was the only thing that made a breakthrough. Don't spend tons of money on chemical products that are don't do anything! I have found that using ACV, as well as lerosett swedish clay mask to rid my pores of the left over stuff and tamanu oil for my small scars has my face acne free, all that is left are a few dark spots which the tamanu oil is really taking care of.

Pros:

I'll let you know in another week or so, if there are.

Cons:

....it doesn't work?

Reading all these reviews on here really upsets me; I REALLY REALLY wanted this to work. I went out and bought a small bottle of the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, and worked it into my regime as a toner. The claims that in 24 hours you'll have better skin is complete BS, sorry. Me? I got an even WORSE breakout. For awhile, I wasn't really having any new pimples, just old ones and red marks that would NEVER go away. The morning after I started using ACV, i got 5 new pimples all in one area. I now have pretty bad inflammatory acne along my jawline and it seems more red marks scattered about my left cheek. People tell me "it gets worse before it gets better," and while that doesn't really make ANY sense to me, I'm gritting my teeth and sticking with it for another two weeks or so. Who knows, I may be back eating my words, but I doubt it. I've pretty much given up on the thought of ever having nice skin.

Pros:

It actually makes a difference!

Cons:

If I had to say anything, the smell, but it's really not that bad and it doesn't hang around very long.

I've had moderate acne for about 10 years (I'm 28) and I've tried everything possible. All sorts of face wash regimes, medications from Dr's and Dermatolagists, all making no difference at all. I'm about to finish 6 months of Doxy with nil results. About a week ago, I was becoming desperate for something to help me and started googling everything I could about acne. I read a couple of reviews about Apple Cider. I had nothing to loose. I've been using it as a toner and drinking about 5ml morning and night. In the first couple of days I actually noticed a REAL difference. My face isn't nearly as red and I don't have any new spots. I hope from here it continues to improve. I can't recommend enough to try this. Normally I wouldn't leave reviews but this has made a real difference for me, and I hope that it can for others. I'm crossing my fingers that this continues to work for me, because after drinking vinegar, I'm not sure what else there is left to do fo

Pros:

it works !! , its cheap , u should already have it in your kitchen cupboard, takes the redness away. :)

Cons:

it smells a little but it fades away after a while , and if it gets in your eyes it hurts

it actually works , since ive had pimples/acne i have been trying lots of different creams, washes everything really !! lately i have been using clearasil wash and a cream and havent seen any results. :( .. but i was so down one day i looked on gooogle for quick fixes and i found this, so i tryed vinegar at first i had my doubts but now im alot more confident and i really liked the results. after washing my face just before bed i dipped a cotton bud into vinegar and only put it on the pimples then i woke up the next day and they had almost completley dissapered. i would definatle recommend this but only onto the pimpls/acne not allover your face .. :)

Pros:

This stuff is great. I've had light acne for the past year and a half, and after a week of using this stuff my face had cleared up. Some people say it stings, but I like the way it feels, its like you can feel it working.

Cons:

smell isn't that great, but you get used to it

Do it! You'll save loads on money. I recommend organic and unpasteurized. Pour a small amount in a cup, and dilute with water, then apply to face. I then leave it there for about ten minutes and wash it off.
