Pros:

The scent smells nice, and the sunblock doesn't feel oily.

Cons:

I applied the sunblock on my arms (SPF 30), and a rash broke out the next day.

I am really surprised that I developed a rash, and it's still irritating me. I have normal/combination skin, and I have never developed an allergic reaction to any skin products that I have used, until I used this sunblock. I currently use another Neutrogena product for acne wash, and that works fine for me. I see that other users have developed similar reactions to the product, so I wonder if there is something peculiar about the sunblock.

Pros:

didn't burn!! :)

Cons:

Broke out after two days of use on vacation...now sitting in condo taking benadryl orally and applying it topically.

DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF!!!! I am broken out worse than I ever did in high school...ONLY on the areas I put the neutrogena 45(face and neck). Used a different sunscreen on the rest of my body. I am NOT one to have allergic reactions of any kind.

Pros:

It sprays on easily and feels cool. Inexpensive at Costco.

Cons:

In Arizona in March I broke out into a major rash on arms and legs; dried skin, patchy bumps, itchy, flaking skin for almost two weeks. Used it again in Seattle a few days ago and same thing happened. Dentist asked me if I was allergic?

I just came back from my dentist. I have tooth pain, severe over the weekend, and X-rays showed teeth in perfect condition. Dentist asked: "Have you used any new products that could be causing an allergic reaction? Why, yes, Neutrogena SPF 45!! Not certain that is the cause but my arms are now flaking like in Arizona. I have no allergies, period. It certainly could be Neutorgena. Will never use again.

Cons:

I developed al allergic reaction to the Ultra Sheet Dry-Touch SunBlock 85 after 6 months of use. I broke out with a painful rash below my eyes and on my cheeks. I had to discontinue for a week for my face to heal.

After discontinuing for 1 week, and using only hydrocortizone for the itch, my face cleared up. I applied sunblock again to rule out which product was causing my rash. Sure enough, the rash started right away. I will not use Neutrogena again... too painful!!!

Pros:

light, non-greasy, dry touch, does not cause breakouts, cheap

Cons:

it leaves a white mask on your face

iv been using this product for a couple months now and have been getting different responses to my face. if you are going out in the sun and are prolly going to sweat alot, then this product works wonders. if you are just going outside with little or no sun then this will do nothing, make you look really white, and might cause more pimples. there have been times when i run around 4 and i come back take a shower and my face might look alittle worse or stay the same. BUT there were also times where i ran at 12 in 90 degree heat and after i took a shower my face cleared up sooo much. i have normal to oily skin so you have the same and you are very active then this might be good for you. AND its pretty cheap too.

Cons:

I used this product on my face, hands and forearms. After about 4 days, I developed a serious reaction on my arms in the form of a rash of red raised bumps like small pimples. They've started drying, with tiny scabs. Hoping for no scarring.

not recommeded for sensitive skin or persons generally given to allergic reactions.

Pros:

Light and non-greasy, and I didn't mind the fragrance.

Cons:

Made me break out badly - not just clogged pores, but big red pimples. It was also a bit tough to spread because of the non-greasy/ultra-dry consistency (though that can't really be helped.)

I wanted to like this product, but I don't. Back to the search for a sunscreen that won't make me break out. People seem to have success with this product. It's a shame I'm not one of them.

Pros:

very light

Cons:

This stuff makes me breakout in about 3 days

Not good for my skin (oily and breaks out alot). I get tons of breakouts with it.
