Pros:

It does work! It may take more than 3 days, and you have to use as soon as you see the first signs of zits, and it does try up my zits.

Cons:

It can dry up your skin. Must use a moisturizer after applying the cream. It doesn't spread well.

I have been having some major breakouts the past few months. I tried using products from Neutrogena, tea tree oil, and the regular Clearsil acne cream...NOTHING worked! I just kept getting more zits, and it would take a week or two to go away. Finally, I decided to give Clearsil Ultra a try, mainly because it has glycolic acid (which is good for your skin). I wouldn't say it clears my skin in 3 days, but everything seems to be under control. When I see the first sign of skin erruption, I apply a thin later of the Ultra cream on it, and I know that it will go away at least in 2-3 days! It is not the best product in the world...since it does try up my skin, but I do feel like with Clearsil Ultra, I have things under control...which is a great feeling after months of frustration!

Pros:

It has great results. My skin was so much clearer and much easier to manage.

Cons:

It doesn't make your skin perfect but it's good enough for me.

I think everyone should try it. It worked better for me than Proactiv did. Plus the results were fast.

Pros:

A little effective, not sticky, smooth.

Cons:

Doesn't work unless the pimples are really big, but the pimple just gets slightly smaller.

Don't buy it.

Pros:

None

Cons:

Severely dries your face out, Leaves a chalky residue, Stains fabrics.

I tried this cream for 2 months every day and it did absolutely nothing. i saw no improvement whatsoever the whole time I used it. I've had clear skin most of my life and used this as a spot treatment every now and then when I would get breakouts and all it did was dry my face out and make it red. My skin isnt sensitive at all and not usually oily and it still dried me out very badly. I am currently trying Clean and Clear Persa Gel 10 and it seems to be working extremely well. I recommend that over this product any day.

Pros:

The only cream I have found that goes well under make up - so you can fight acne during the day aswell as the nightly routine (for those who wear makeup)

Cons:

Not the most effective but it does help with drying pimples.

I wouldn't recommend this treatment as your only treatment for your entire face however it is great for spot treatment under makeup

Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

burns skin, makes your acne worse, creates red spots.

i've always had clear skin and all of a sudden i just started to break out. its starting to be a problem and i saw the commercial to clear acne in 3 days. so i gave it a whirl and it did nothing to help me. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ADVERTISEMENT. IT DOESNT HELP YOUR SKIN, in fact.. it makes it worse. i wish i just left my skin alone. now i am stuck with painful, red pimples and my face looks like a mess. i wish i read these reviews before trying this product.

Pros:

Nice packaging, good sized tube. Easy to apply. Works but you have to be hooked forever in order to maintain results.

Cons:

Cream dries into cracks and flakes, especially when used as spot treatment; Can be very drying to skin.

This product works temporarily; Clearasil designs their products to have a certain immunity level to the skin order to sustain users of their products -- in other words they make it so the body responses to it well at first and becomes addicted to it, and then when you stop using it regularly, it causes the skin to yearn for more, otherwise it'll breakout again -- until it gets the medication again.
