Stronger formulations do not equal better. Take the 2.5% plunge!
Okay, this is going against all the math you've ever learned, but in this case 2.5% > 5.0% - 10.0%. That's right, less is more! Out of all the regimen products, I am least consistent with applying my BP. That said, the BP really supports the healthy skin established with the regimen's cleanser and moisturizer. I remember being very committed to using the BP when I started the regimen 3-4 years ago. Now I use it most during periods I know I'll need the boost ... like just before periods. Invest in white pillow cases and ragged sleepy-time shirts. Wal-Mart (and I'm sure other retailers) even sell bath towels that are resistant to BP bleaching. If you have to use it more than once before sleep, just be very careful about your clothes as even sweat mixed with BP can lead to bleached-out collars.

Did not work for me
I used this product for months but did not make any difference in my skin and in some ways made my acne worse! I know it is loads of good reviews on this and I do believe it work for some types of skin but i don't think is for everyone, for the price (which was quite expensive because I live in the UK) I would not recommend it to anyone.

AMAZING. I AM SPEECHLESS. BUY THIS. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
I cannot even begin to explain how much this product has changed my life. Within one month my severe acne completely disappeared from my face. I had been using Neutrogena's On the Spot treatment for ten weeks prior to receiving this in the mail with ZERO results. I FINALLY decided to cave and order Acne.org's solution. Not only did this cost 300x less than Neutrogena's 0.75 oz little tube, but it actually worked 300x better. I still cry happy tears looking in the mirror because buying this product was the best decision of my life.

The regimen is all products that you can get at Wal-Mart for half the price
Not sure how this is a thing. I mean...I tried it for 3 months. My skin has never been so dull looking and the acne still was a problem. Also, you can buy a soft Cleaner like Cetaphil (or others), get Benzol Peroxide and a non comedogenic moisturizer at Wal-Mart for half the price of this. I'm sure you can get some AHA somewhere for much cheaper as well too. I didn't look too much for that one. Just like with any product, you may get lucky and have it clear your acne. The price to pay for most of those who use BP every day is dull, lifeless, dry skin. Even with a ton of moisturizer and adding the Jojoba oil and trying the AHA. I gave it 2 stars because I know that getting most of these products at Wal-Mart can definitely clear the skin of some people. If you don't mind likely having dull, lifeless looking skin. Some of you won't mind...getting it clear is the only priority and I can get that.

Pretty Good
I didn't get the "quick fix" I wanted but this is the best product I've found so far. After the first few weeks I was still having breakouts but I noticed a difference in the consistency and duration of the pimples -- they weren't as severe and they faded quicker. It's been a few months now and I'm still not totally clear like I'd hoped BUT there is definitely improvement and my acne mostly just flares up in correlation to my menstrual cycle now as opposed to having moderate breakouts all the time. I use this product and the face wash but chose to buy a generic moisturizer. No problems with dryness or peeling.

Acne.org Treatment is the best

Pros:

Cleared my acne
When it dries is clear not white like others
Doesn't smell bad

Cons:

Flakiness
Itching/redness
Drying

Since 5th grade (2005) i started with acne on my forehead then on my nose then my chin then my cheeks and then it was out of control all over my face by the age of 17 i felt like nothing would work. I even thought about cutting my face, because it was a fustration everyday. I would look in the mirror and be disgusted about my face. On a last hope i went to youtube and found acne.org i had doubts but after seeing it has worked for many out there i decide to give it a try and that was the best decision i have ever made. It worked!!!! THANK YOU DAN. The first days won't be easy, but hang in there is the best product to fight acne. I strongly recommended.

Horrible

Cons:

Rashes
Super noticeable redness
Continuous breakouts

I've been using the product for over two months, and for the first 3 weeks, my skin was clearing up, but then suddenly a huge breakout occurred. I started using neutrogena cream face wash, which cleared a lot of my acne, then I went back to the regimen. after 4 more weeks, I've been having rashes and my eyes are swollen are dry and my skin looks horrible, I've been skipping school because of how depressed I am and I have seriously considered suicide because of my skin. Please avoid using this product and go to a dermatologist if you don't want to take chances.

The only thing that works for moderate/severe acne

Pros:

Guaranteed to clear acne!!! The only thing that has worked for me.

Cons:

Even though my skin has adjusted to it, the areas where I apply bp still remain slightly red.

The short version is: I normally have cystic acne, and bp is the only thing that cleared me up. Make sure you use enough (this is sooo important!), and it takes about a month for results to show. The amount you need depends on the severity of your acne, so if you're still not clearing up, INCREASE THE DOSAGE. The long version for those who are interested: I've had moderate/severe acne for 10 years. I would always have at least 2-3 active acne lesions on my face at one time, but they were always cystic, and would be extremely big, painful and take at least 2 weeks to heal. They also left scars (I'm Asian so I would always get very bad hyperpigmentation that stay for more than 2 years!) so my skin always looked terrible. I could never bear to show my skin to anyone, even my family, unless I was wearing a concealer. Even then I couldn't conceal my acne and scars completely and I hated taking pictures, making eye contact, etc. I've tried pretty much everything for my acne. Off the top of my head, I've tried salicylic acid, tea tree oil, topical tretinoin, topical and oral antibiotics, various cleansers, zinc, honey mask, ground flaxseed (I hoped this would lower my androgen levels), and even Accutane. NONE of these worked except Accutane, but it was only temporary - when I stopped my acne came back with a vengeance. (note i was on a low dose however) I think the only thing i haven't tried is hormonal pills. I had also tried Neutrogena on-the-spot benzoyl peroxide cream. Then I looked back and realised that the time when my skin was at its best (although I still broke out a lot!) was when I used Neutrogena bp, but I used a thin layer because it would ball up so much. After reading about the regimen I realised I needed to use more, but I was scared to increase the dosage because even the thin layer of bp would leave my skin red. I bought Panoxyl gel (bp 2.5%) at first. I thought it would be the same as the acne.org gel since it's the same concentration. I slowly increased the amount I used but my skin peeled soooo badly and was extremely red, and I had red streaks everywhere on my face - they were open wounds where the skin had peeled off. Basically my skin was absolutely awful and my skin just didn't become tolerant to it, even after several weeks. I then ordered the acne.org bp gel, desperately hoping that this would somehow be gentler. And it was! Of course my skin still peeled but at least I didn't have red stinging streaks all over my face! I was then able to slowly increase the amount I used and I was finally free from acne for a year. Then, I had a major stressful event happen in my life. The stress made my cystic acne come back and it didn't improve for several months, and I was afraid that bp was no longer working. But after 9 months of this, I decided to increase the amount I used even more (why didn't I do this sooner?) and after a painful month of readjusting to the increased dosage, my skin became completely clear again, thankfully. Note that even after using bp for more than a year, my skin is still slightly red where I apply bp. Perhaps my skin is a bit sensitive. And I do get dry flakes that I rub off in the morning (I know you aren't supposed to but it hasn't done any harm ...) But I think this is a small price to pay for clear skin! I really cannot live without this bp gel!!! Many thanks to Dan for creating such a great product. *********UPDATE****************: I'm now using Cetaphil CREAM (I used to use just the lotion) and this got rid of flakes almost entirely, and even my redness is pretty much gone! I used to use AHA to get rid of flakes but this was too irritating for me. Cream works wonderfully!

I used to hate mirrors, sunlight, and picture taking...until now.

Pros:

Clears skin with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide
Big bottle
Nice texture, not too thick

Cons:

Dries a little at first (use moisturizer with jojoba)

I started using the treatment about 3 months ago and over that course of time I've cleared my skin. I still have some remaining scars but that's nothing compared to having a face full of zits. Looking back on my acne experience I'd have to say I've tried a lot of over the counter products, natural and not, but none have worked as well as the acne.org treatment. Now being that I'm 31 and have been dealing with acne since my teens, I realize that in my younger days I wasn't as nice to my skin as I should've been, I needed to be gentle on my skin because there is a balance that becomes disrupted either by hormones, cosmetics or what have you. We as acne sufferers feel that drying the zits will make them go away. On the contrary, when we over-dry and over-scrub our skin we take away from our natural acid mantle and bacteria that live on and protect our skin making it more susceptible to breakouts. As I've matured I learned that maintaining a healthy environment for my skin is key. In concordance with the acne.org treatment, I wash with CeraVe foaming cleaner, use the AHA+ 2-3 times a week and as a spot treatment, and moisturize daily with 3 drops of acne.org jojoba oil mixed with Oil of Olay moisturizer for sensitive skin with spf (during the day) and CeraVe PM moisturizer with 3 drops of the jojoba at night. This regimen has been a success for me and I'm finally overjoyed that I don't have to spend butt loads of time putting on foundation to cover up. Granted, I still have the occasional zit but it doesn't consume me as it did before where I was constantly touching my face to feel if the zit was still there. I hated that feeling and now that feeling is finally gone. I like going outside, making eye contact with people, and taking pictures again. Thanks Dan, I love you more than munchkin kittens! Update February 1st, 2014: Still using the regimen, and still clear. Hooray!

The only thing that's worked for me
I've tried other benzoyl peroxide treatments, but none work as well as this one. I use it with plenty of moisturizer and I actually haven't noticed any dryness or irritation'"just beautiful clear skin!
