Pros:

-clears acne!
-goes on clear
-fragrance free

Cons:

I find my skin tends to be drier than before, which can make wearing makeup a bit more challenging because it can look flakey (fortunately my skin is so clear I really don't need it!)

I had mild acne all my life that became moderate in my early twenties. It really affected my life. I was constantly thinking about my skin and getting down on my appearance--my confidence really suffered. But the BP started working after just a few days, and by about 2 months I was getting no pimples at all! Soon the old discoloured marks from previous breakouts were fading and I was going outside without a stitch of makeup on. You have no idea how amazing that felt. I can't even put it into words. Yes, I did suffer through some rather unattractive redness and dryness for about 3 months. I once had a friend ask me if I had a sunburn (in winter! I just told her that yea, I went outside and the sunlight is stronger because it's reflected off the snow...;) Anyway, I'm so glad I stuck with the regimen. I use my own cleanser and moisturizer (which I mix with Dan's jojoba oil). I couldn't be happier with the results. If you suffer from acne, like I did, you probably spend a lot of time fantasizing about how awesome it would be to talk to someone up close without worrying about their reaction to your acne. Or about how much more confidence you would have talking to your crush if your face was clear. I know I'm sounding like an advertisement here, but I would really recommend to anyone with acne that they give Dan's regimen a shot--and I mean stick with it for several months even if the redness/dryness is no fun. You will be SO glad you did.

Pros:

my skin cleared up fast

Cons:

dryed out my skin in certain areas of my face

i first bought the travel size treatment to see if it would work so i wouldn't spend too much. i finished that bottle in 3 weeks, i followed dans directions AND I COULDN'T LIVE WITHOUT THIS. i washed with dove sensitive skin bar. and mosturized w. murad skin perfecting lotion! I RUSHED TO BUY THE BIGGEST BOTTLE OF THIS THEY HAD, i use this twice a day, and in between if i feel like i need a little more on problem areas, THIS PRODUCT WORKS EXTREMELY WELL, TRY IT AND DON'T FORGET TO USE A OIL-FREE LITEWEIGHT LOTION ON DRY AREAS!

Pros:

Goes on smoothly. Didn't cause any cystic acne or pimples to appear. Doesn't ball up, doesn't show up white when you sweat

Cons:

I had noticeable redness and extreme peeling even after 1.5 months of using this, and I still had tons of raised bumps all over my cheeks and jaw. And it was quite inconvenient, the fact it dyes pillowcases and I couldn't wash my face during the day. Plus all of the time that that regimen took every day just wasn't worth it, with this item.

I initially started doing the regimen with Neutrogena On-the-Spot 2.5% BP, and had amazing results - I was clear (that means also no redness and no peeling) after a week and stayed that way for the entire duration. After a while, though, I switched to the acne.org BP because NOTS is so expensive (argh!) and balls up and shows up when I sweat. I had incredibly high hopes for the acne.org BP, but unfortunately, it disappointed me. My acne stayed pretty much the same the entire time I was on it, but I had horrible redness and peeling that no moisturizer could fix. It was so disappointing because with NOTS, I was clear within a week, and I expected acne.org to be at *least* as good as it, if not better. After about a month and a half I took a break of about a week or two and then tried the regimen again with acne.org BP, only this time I had a severe allergic reaction. Stupidly, I decided to give the regimen 2 more times within the next month or so (after I managed to get the rash to disappear with a special cream), and both yielded the same results. It is extremely unfortunate that I must leave my acne.org BP bottle more than half full to rot in my cabinet, but it just isn't working for me anymore. :( However, I think that maybe this is just some problem my skin has with the acne.org BP - I've seen many people use it successfully, and I truly believe that it can work really well, just... not on my skin. Since benzoyl peroxide *has* worked extremely well for me, I just think there's something else in the acne.org BP that isn't working well for my skin. In other words, definitely consider using this but do be aware that it may cause a reaction such as the one I described.

Pros:

worked right away. Easy to apply. Fragrance free.

Cons:

skin irritated initially, but got used to it after a week.

My face is fine, rarely get pimples. But my back would get a lot. I searched all over the web for a solution to this. After different product combination, i came down to using neutregena body was, Dan's BP and AHA cream. And honestly, the results could not have been better. Its been two weeks, and not a single pimple has formed on my back. The AHA cream seems to be speeding up the healing of the marks from acne (not scarring, i dont get those kind of pimples). I figure at this rate, within a few more months my back will look great. I hope this product never discontinues, it has given me a reason to go the beach this summer without my shirt.

Pros:

Clears up face.
Not expensive compared to prescription acne products.

Cons:

Very drying
Takes a long time to dry, then apply moisturizer at night when I really just want to go to bed.

I really think this is amazing. It's so ironic that something over the counter like benzoyl peroxide can work better than prescriptions. It says that it may take a couple of weeks to see results; I saw results after the first night I used it. For real. I really like their cleanser as well, but it could be replaced with something like Cetaphil. The moisturizer isn't anything special, so I think you should use whatever over the counter brand you like best. But the jojoba oil works really well too. Point being, this works fantastic.

Pros:

Cleared ALL of my acne
Gentle
Free of any other crappy ingredients

Cons:

I can't buy it at Walmart?

I'm willing to bet my left pinky that this is the BEST topical treatment you can have for acne at the moment. I came a long way to find Dan's BP and looks like I'm finally home! Some people give bad reviews saying how it irritates/dries them. Suck it up! BP is supposed to do that but after the initial bump, the results are phenomenal! If regimen didn't work for you, you did it wrong!

Pros:

Calms my skin down right away, even when I feel an inflammatory spot starting, this will calm it down and stop it from getting worse. My face just feels healthier now, and I'm not getting any peeling like I did with 10% BP. So I'm a convert ot the 2.5%, and this really is the best bang for your buck (no fragrances, fillers, or acne-causing ingredients like in Clearasil).

Cons:

Takes a while to dry; can be drying if used without moisturizer.

Please keep making this product, my face really likes it!

Pros:

Clear and smooth

Cons:

Made me break out more
Clumps under the moisturizer
Hard to put makeup on top of it

I paid 8 bucks for shipping for a bottle of BP hoping that it would clear my horrible acne. Instead, I broke out even more after a month of us and I got new scars on my face now. I followed the regimen religiously, which involves Cetaphil cleanser and moisturizer. It's what he recommended before he decided to make money out of it. Worse yet, it clumps under with the moisturizer and makeup. Nothing like he promised about it being smooth as a gel. If you are not applying anything on top of it, then it's a good clear product. It was a total waste of my money.

Pros:

Seemed to slow down active acne inflammation

Cons:

Very drying, Allergic reaction & isn't available at a local store

It's really a shame because I was looking forward to using this product. However upon trying it I had a BAD allergic reaction with my eyes. I can use the product around my face as long as I don't use a lot and not around my eyes so It defeats the purpose of the regimen. It does slow down active acne from growing in size and would probably work well for those who don't have sensitive skin.
