Pros:

works quickly
initial drying goes away quick
breakouts consistently fade
no side effects

Cons:

none

This is the best product Ive used. Before I started I had moderate acne all along my jawline. The day I started the regimen the breakouts ceased. My skin has been consistently clearing since I started. Thanks Dan

Pros:

it cleared my skin! i was on bp for 2+ years already and trust me, that was 2 years of heaven for me. i still had one to two pimples every two months or so, but that didn't bother me at all.

Cons:

you had to spend at least 10 minutes for the application of bp. but i was willing to do that given its GOOD results. however, it seems like bp isn't working for me anymore.

i've had mild-moderate acne ever since i was 18. i've tried everything and nothing worked. so i remember one evening in 2007, while i was mindlessly surfing on the net on 'successful cures for acne' when i found this site. i read the reviews, and thought, why dont i give it a try? so i did. i remember i broke up during the first 2-3 weeks of this regime. but it was all worth it. after a month or so, my face was CLEAR! and throughout the past two years, i almost forgot how it's like to have pimples anymore. until recently, around a month or so, i broke up like crazy. at the beginning, i thought it was just a minor break out. but nope, it persisted for around a month already and nothing seems to work anymore. :( bottom line is: it DOES work! and i do recommended it. for those who are desperately in need of a 'miracle', here is your chance. it was difficult at the beginning because my skin was SO red and dry that i didn't even want to see anyone. besides that, and as most of you are concerned with, it WILL cause a break out at the beginning. but it's so worth it. and in terms of its lasting, i guess it depends on the individual. for me, it worked for 2 years. :(

Pros:

-Affordable
-Huge tube and bottle
-Last very long
-Easy to apply
-Dries quickly

I started this product a few weeks ago. Within the first week I could tell it was working. I was still breaking out, but not as often. Also, my skin was looking healthier. I have used many products before. I used Proactiv but got off of it because it was too costly. I tried many other products like Carely's, everything at Walgreens, and the cons like AcneTix and ProNexin. I didn't have a lot of knowledge of BP but it did work with Proactiv and is working again with Dan's Regimen. It's been about 3 weeks on the BP. I haven't broken out in the last few days.

Pros:

I get acne along my chin and jaw very badly. I use the Acne.org Benzoyl Peroxide as a spot treatment and could see results immediately. I do recommend using a small amount as it can irritate your skin. It works wonders for me! I have used Clean & Clear and other name brand items for months at a time and this product cleared up my skin within the first week!!

Cons:

My skin did burn with the initial use but the second time using it, I could tell my skin had adapted to it.

Use lightly and great for spot treatments.

Pros:

Cleared up my skin pretty quick. Best stuff I've ever used!

Cons:

More sensitive to the sun. Compared with other products it's a good deal, but after shipping and tax it's still a little pricey.

I noticed a difference in just a couple weeks. I've been using it for about 6 weeks now and my face has stopped producing new pimples. I don't think I've had a new zit for a few weeks now. The black heads on my nose are smaller too. I have to admit I haven't been following the regimen everyday. Many days I only do it once, but it still is working great for me.

Pros:

It works for me :D

Cons:

It causes a bit of redness and flakiness(Fixed it once I found the right amount to use for my face).

Coming from someone who: -Has oily & sensitive skin. -Has tried Proactive, Murad, Neutrogena, Bioré, and Clean & Clear. Tips for Using this Product: -Watch Dan's "Regimen" videos. They help guide you through the steps and proper use of the products. -Don't give up too soon! Took me about a month to get my great results :) *Important*-You have to experiment with the amount of your product application. (Dan uses more and it works for him, I use a bit less and it still works great for me) Because of my sensitive skin I found that if I use as much as Dan indicates on his video my skin gets flaky and red. SO instead of using a fingers lenght of B.P. I use about and inch of treatment. -I usually use more moisturizer than treatment. So 1 inch of treatment and 1 1/2 inch of moisturizer(to prevent the flakiness). *GIRLS*-Moisturizer takes a little longer to absorb so the first thing I do in the morning is wash my face, dry it, then use the treatment. After I fix my hair(the treatment is dry by then) I apply the moisturizer and then eat and finish getting ready so the moisturizer has more time to absorb. The LAST thing to do is put on my makeup(I do this so my makeup won't blot with the lotion). Conclusion: -I really believe the "Regimen" and the Acne.org products work :D Like me, you have to experiment with the amount and the number of days a week that you use it. I have such good results I recently bought a new supply of the kit(one kit lasted over two months for me).

Pros:

-Cost effective (16 oz.)
-Affordable
-Dries clear
-Effective BP treatment with desirable results
-No unpleasant fragrance
-Nice texture to put on skin
-No residue

Cons:

-Expensive to ship overseas
-Only available from Acne.org
-Caused me some initial dryness, redness, flaking and purging
-Takes some time to dry once applied
-Results took me a while (3 months)
-Per longs red marks after acne heals

This product is a great BP to use with The Regimen. It is probably the most cost effective as it comes in such a large tub and lasts for a long time before having to buy again. I experienced dry, red skin for a week after starting to use this product, and after that I had some purging for about 3 weeks. After this I started to see some great results and I am happy to say I'm now clear aside from a few red marks which are fading. I use this before moisturising and after cleansing (The Regimen) in the morning and before bed. Compared with most store-bought BP products the cons of this in no way put me off the product. I love it.

Pros:

Since it's a gel, it doesn't dry too fast like a cream. It never leaves residue like other BP products. It's not gritty (thank goodness, like Zapzit). It's cheap, the ingredients are phenomenal. It doesn't smel; there's no fragrance, which is great for sensitive skin. Maybe it's because I've tried so many other products that the BP never dried up my skin like it's expected to, which is great!

Cons:

Nothing really, except that it takes a few minutes to apply and have it dry. So make sure that you wake up a few minutes earlier because it takes a bit of time if you are following Dan's method. My moisturizer would ball up if I didn't let this dry, which is inevitable to all of us if aren't following Dan's method.

I absolutely can't live without this item anymore. I've tried so many things and I am surprised! I would buy this for the rest of my life. I wish that I had purchased this sooner.

Pros:

It looks good at first....in the bottle

Cons:

Makes son flaky and I look older plus bp is also bad for your skin it can cause some skin cancer

If you using this I think you should stop even though it might be working it's going to damage our skin in the future everyone try something natural...

Pros:

-Reasonably priced if purchasing a large bottle
-Good consistency

Cons:

-Drying and flaking
-The pump doesn't work all of the time

If you break it down by cost per ounce, the price is excellent compared to other brands, even if you include the high shipping charges. Just be very sure you are going to use the entire bottle so you won't feel guilty about dropping so much money at once. I like this more than Neutrogena's On-the-Spot. The application is very smooth. The gel dries quickly on the skin and doesn't bead when I apply moisturizer over it. Because it is BP, it does dry the skin and cause quite a bit of flaking. Also, my skin is more sensitive to the sun. Using a good moisturizing sun screen helps to alleviate any discomfort. I use this once in the morning all over my face and neck, followed by an SPF 15. I don't use it at night any more because I just started tretinoin a month ago. It is gentle enough that I can use the two (at separate times) without any adverse side effects. It is not effective with my cystic acne, but it is very effective with surface blemishes and blackheads. It immediately helped me with oil control. It did take a couple of weeks to see results and for my skin to adjust. I no longer get blackheads or bumps around my nose, temples, or chin. There is a noticeably less acne (about half the originally amount) on my cheeks and along my jaw. After a year of consistent use, it has not completely rid me of acne, but it has greatly reduced it. For an OTC product, I think this gel worked wonderfully.
