Acne.org : Treatment (Benzoyl Peroxide - 2.5%)

Excellent benzoyl gel, absolutely the best. Very well priced. Glad they made the shipping prices more reasonable bc I only use the benzoyl and the oil and will never reach the free shipping threshold. If used exactly as outlined by the regimen, the drying can get pretty crazy. I actually only use the benzoyl at night and about half the amount called for. For me that seems just as effective, without the drying. I also use a different moisturizer which helped me. The key is to be patient and figure out what works best for you. I've been clear because of this gel for years. I had tried everything previous to this without success, but now my skin looks amazing.

So I've had bad acne for about three years now most around my jaw line, cheek and neck area. I've been using this regimen for only one week now and I can honestly say my skin is looking the best it has looked in those 3 years. I apply a little more of BP around my chin and jawline as that's my most affected area. I would definitely recommend over using your moisturiser as your skin can dry out from the BP. This has definitely changed my life and I will continue to use it!

This product has COMPLETELY changed my life. As most of the people on here, I had tried every drugstore product available, yet nothing seemed to help my acne. My acne was moderate-severe, and this product has made me into an entirely different, more confident, happy, positive, and beautiful person. I do not know what I would do without this product!!!!!!

This is my second week using the BP treatment & my skin is very dry & flaky my acne is clearing up but now i have a crackly face especially when I wear make up it looks like a desert so dry! Does anyone have advice how long does this dryness and peeling last?

I have been using this for the last 4 years and it is the only thing that has worked! Even now at age 25, if I slack off on washing my face and using this then my face will break out. This bottle lasts me almost a year because I do not use as much. I use about half of my finger length every morning and evening and it works for me. I had horrible acne before finding this and had been on Accutane for about a month when I had to quit due to some complications. Since using this I have not had any major breakouts and will continue to use it!

Best product ever. I tried everything and even went to a dermatologist who prescribed me pills. Nothing worked. As soon as i started acne regimen treatment i could see the results after two weeks. I started using the regimen 3 month ago cuz my acne came back after i started using a clarisonic worst product ever don't recommend it the since I started using this my skin cleared up my face did get super dry at first but I didn't mind it I never really went thru a purging phase just a pimple or 2 and super dry skin but after being on this for 3 month my skin is super clear and when I do get a pimple it goes away by the next day or 2 I really recommend this best product for acne atlest to me

I am fair and have incredibley sensitive skin. When I started the regiment I only used a pea size amount once a day in the acne prone areas and avoided the areas not with acne. I have increased to full strength over time and I've had very little redness, itching, or peeling! I have suffered from acne my whole life starting as young as 8yrs old with a few pimples and it progressed through teenage years getting much worse until birth control which cleared my skin. Now I'm in my mid 30s and no longer want to take birth control and my acne came back worse than ever! I have used acne.org products for 6 years now and they are by far the best products I have ever used and trust me I have tried everything from Over-the-counter, professional, and medicines from the dermatologist which only gave temporary relief. These products from acneorg used properly work everytime! A lot of my acne is hormonal so I still have a light monthly breakout but nothing like the past! Using these products the duration of the breakout is a lot shorter. I am very happy and tell everyone I see suffering from acne because I want them to have this success too!! So glade I found a cure for the painful nightmare called acne!! Thank you Daniel for these products!!!!

You would think all BPs would be the same...but every other benzoyl peroxide I have used leaves my skin raw and blistered without reducing breakouts. I only write reviews when I love a product and the acne.org BP is so great for me! I can apply this every night without irritation/major dryness (an impossible feat with any other brand of BP) and best of all it clears up breakouts 100%. I have been using this for about a year now in conjunction with any face wash and the cetaphil moisturising lotion. I should add that I don't get cystic pimples anymore since taking roaccutane (a.k.a. accutane) but my skin will still have the occasional breakout without this product. I never tried this BP prior to roaccutane either but I really wish I had...that drug was not easy to take!

When I was in 8th grade, I had bad acne and picture day was coming very soon. I researched and found this site, and though my acne did not clear up before picture day, it did eventually clear up soon after! I am now a senior in college, and have used it ever since. This stuff is a miracle!!!! I would not know what to do without it. I've tried Proactiv in the past, didn't work. Thank you Dan for creating a wonderful product.
