Pros:

Eliminates nearly all acne on my face. Great consistency and price.

Cons:

If you sweat a lot, it'll carry down your neck and start to bleach your shirt.

This treatment really is a God-send. I'm not really sure what I'd do without it. It has greatly restored my confidence.

Pros:

Keeps my face completely clear. I have to use it at a half dose in order to keep my skin from peeling, however it keeps me 100% clear. Clears all kinds of zits, minimized blackheads, and improved overall quality of skin tone.

Cons:

Can cause dryness, not sold in stores.

This is easily the most effective benzoyl peroxide I've ever used.

Pros:

Works on stubborn comedones and moderate acne. Works slowly on cysts, but it does bring them down within a few days.
Removes redness, most BP gels heighten redness, but Dan's BP is really gentle.
I'm not as oily as before.

Cons:

Little bit of dryness. Easily fixed. Doesn't work 100% on all pimples, some still come through, but I don't mind being 90% clear.

I've tried Benzaclin, RAM and differin as well as over the counter BP, yet all those don't compare to Dan's BP. I'm never going to waste time and money at a derms office ever again. This BP works and does not make my face red, it seems to help with redness. Best of all, it actually works on acne! Ever since I started to experiment with RAM and differin, my forehead has been clogged with closed comedones and nothing could get rid of them. Not even switching back to the usual over the counter BP creams that used to work in the past for me could get rid of these whiteheads. Dan's BP was my last attempt before I truly quit even trying to rid myself of acne and I'm really glad I did. This stuff works like nothing else and it works gently. Don't bother with retin-a or with products that claim half a years wait time before results occur. Dan's BP works fast and it continues to work consistently. Thanks so much Dan!

Cons:

wow. i dont know why, but this really stung my face and made is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO itchy.

im actually using the whole acne.org product system. the cleanser, treatment, and mostrizer. well, after the treatment, and then put the mostirizer, my skin got SOOOOOOO itchy. i couldnt sleep for 5 hours at night. and it stung too. but most importantly, my skin felt not too oily, but good. but it was SOO FREAKIN itchy. so.. i guess ill have to use it more than a week. i say give it a try?

Pros:

Dries clear, great spot treatment, works as effectively as 10% BP without harsh drying effect.

Cons:

Bleaches fabric like all BP products and I do not like the packaging of this product

I love this product because it goes on clear and nobody can see you have anything on your face. I do not use makeup or moisturizer, and do not have very bad acne but I do get the occasional pimple and have very sensitive skin. This product is invisible and i use it as spot treatment day and night. There was a visible reduction in pustule redness and size after one night of use! Does not dry out skin if used on trouble spots. The only thing I do not like is the packaging. I bought the travel size bottle which may have different packaging than the big bottles but I find the medicine hard to dispense and the bottle is hard to squeeze. However, I don't really care because the product is awesome.

Pros:

Goes on clear and absorbs fast. Affordable.

Cons:

Irritated face for a few weeks.

This product is great because its a clear gel and doesn't go on streaky. It's very affordable compared to the Neutrogena On The Spot which is a very small tube. I'm still using my old 4oz tubes and am glad that they made a bigger size.

Pros:

Almost eliminates my stubborn acne.. still hard for me to believe.

Cons:

Face is somewhat dry and red with 10x per week application.

I'm 35 with moderate but very stubborn acne ever since I was 16. I've used virtually every Rx product incl accutane. I was on topical antibiotics and differin for the last 6 years, and it worked well for most of that time but gradually my acne came back. So six weeks ago I had to switch to doxycycline and oral e-mycin, which used to work very well but this time stopped working. I suspect the bacteria became resistent. That's why I tried the Regimen. After just 2 weeks, my acne is 95% reduced. It's quite amazing, I wouldn't have believed a simple OTC product could work this well.

Pros:

Amazing! Works so well, seen a massive improvement after only a few days. Also leaves my skin nice and dry, my skin looks perfect when it is dry and not covered in oil all day :)

Cons:

Only con I can think of is that there isn't a U.K stockist, so it takes forever to arrive and also costs quite a lot, but it is so worth it!

Also seeing such a massive imporvement withing a week (Swithed from 5% to this)

Amazing, the best BP treatment I've ever used, I can't believe I didn't come across this sooner. Give it a try, chances are it will work, its like god in a bottle :)

Pros:

Inexpensive, large tube, odorless, thin gel....not chalky

Cons:

Dried me out terribly even with moisturizer way more than neutogeana spot control 2.5% BP, my face looked parched actually had a bumpy red rash from it......unattractive!!

Will be going back to Neutrogeana, do not care about the price difference when it comes to my face. I am shocked that I did not like this, i thought it was a no brainer. I have very high expections and having less acne on crusty, parched red skin is no bonus to me. Even using it every other day once a day did not satisfy me. Beware of high reviews from people who are also on antibiotics because that is what is helping there acne, not the gel. Not for me....

Pros:

Buying in 16oz quantity made it a worthy buy.

Cons:

Had to pay shipping. Dries out more easily than Kaiser Permanente brand.

Found that I did not need to use as much as I started with. This helped with the drying out. I use Neutrogena wrinkle-free blemish free cleanser, and olay regenerist hydrating cream. These do not have pore clogging ingredients in them.
