Pros:

Clears skin!!
Easy to apply
Lasts a long time

Cons:

DRYING!
Expensive shipping (to Denmark) :s

In around a month, it cleaned my skin. I still have red marks, but it's really nice to have a SMOOTH face! :D. The dryness was difficult to handle (esp when you're wearing makeup), but the skin will adjust slowly to it. I've noticed how my skin is getting less and less dry, but it takes some time. But it's definitely worth it!

Pros:

After about 3 months of usage, my face has never been so clear before. It works great at keeping acne at bay.

Cons:

- It bleaches fabric...my originally blue blanket is now a neon green. Scary, I guess?
- It takes time to put on, especially if you are following Dan's regime.

Great product. My skin has "adjusted" to it so now, I don't even need the 2 full pumps that Dan suggests. I plan to keep buying in the future. :))

Pros:

Llght
quick drying
odourless
easy to buy online

Cons:

First couple of weeks redness and dryskin, but thats expected until skin adapts.

The discipline of reminding yourself and applying the treatment.

In some cases you have to be patient with it, it will get worse before it gets better just have to persevere

Right, I have used this product for well over a year now and i remember before starting the treatment i read loads of reviews to get a better idea of the product. Some were very helpful so I guess its only right i do a review also. Just by following the regimen i have managed to clear up 95% of my acne which became severe one stressful year (Stay happy peeps thats the best cheapest cure really) My routine after several months of following the regimen. And allowing the skin to clear is to only apply it at night before bed. My skin still stays clear minus the odd small head which goes away after applying the cream. That way my skin won't get accustomed to the treatment and so far its been working. If i notice more spots i will revert back to the full regimen. Just wish old scars and old redness would heal up quicker...might have to try the aha as i have been reading good things about it here.

Pros:

-Affordable
-Huge tube and bottle
-Last very long
-Easy to apply
-Dries quickly

I started this product a few weeks ago. Within the first week I could tell it was working. I was still breaking out, but not as often. Also, my skin was looking healthier. I have used many products before. I used Proactiv but got off of it because it was too costly. I tried many other products like Carely's, everything at Walgreens, and the cons like AcneTix and ProNexin. I didn't have a lot of knowledge of BP but it did work with Proactiv and is working again with Dan's Regimen. It's been about 3 weeks on the BP. I haven't broken out in the last few days.

Pros:

Clears up acne from hours to days, works really, extremely fast, Best acne treatment ever no doubt!. Cheaper than most acne treatments.

Cons:

It takes soo long to dry

I've been using alot of acne treatments for the last 3 years or so and never was satisfied to any of it. I've used Proactiv solution for about a year but never worked as what i expected it to be. Proactiv never really cleared up my face which they actually claim to be the best acne treatment worlwide. I wasn't satisfied with the results so i decided to use Dan's regimen and after 2 weeks i quickly took the phone and cancelled my proactiv account and ended up refunding my proactiv. This stuff is just tottaly amazing!!! I recommend it to everyone and surely you would never ever move to any other products one you have tried this!

IT WORKS, & IF YOU THINK IT DOESN'T IT'S B/C YOU'RE NOT PATIENT
I'm actually pretty shocked at a lot of the reviews I'm reading about the treatment product. It is clearly explained that this product will cause flakiness and dryness of the skin, yet there are so many users complaining about exactly that, and warning others not to use this product in their reviews. I bought the system about 2 years ago (8oz) and it worked wonders for me. I will be honest, eventually, I stopped using the cleanser and moisturizer altogether (I ran out of the cleanser first, and just used any other mild soap) as for the moisturizer, I dunno, I just didn't care to use it ONCE MY SKIN GOT USED TO THE SYSTEM. You see..when you first start out, because you are applying benzoyl peroxide on your face, and because this is new to your face...it will dry and flake. So be sure to use the moisturizer. The severity of the dryness/flakiness wasn't so bad for me, I have a normal skin type. If you can be patient and wait out the "hardening" process, then it's all peaches and cream afterwards. I do not recall waiting for an extensive amount of time for this dryness and flakiness process to end. My 8oz bottle of treatment has finally run out after 2 years. This product literally deserves 5/5 stars. It's effective, it's long-lasting, and the price is decent for the amount of product you get. GIVE THE SYSTEM A TRY, AND BE PATIENT. IT DOES WORK. *****this review is not meant for those who's face apparently "got worse" (not due to flakiness or dryness, but due to literal breaking out even more than before having used the treatment) so, no need to argue with my review about how it DIDN'T work for you. Respectfully share your own review if necessary.

Miracle product
I don't really know where to begin. I have been suffering from acne since I was 12 and back then it was just a few pimples on the forehead that left dark spots. Soon it got worse and started spreading on my cheeks. I entered high school and I had already started wearing foundation because my scars and acne started taking a toll on my confidence. I was young and I researched ALL the time on acne cures. I remember saving up my allowance just to buy drugstore face washes or creams. I never told my parents because even then they always seemed to judge my skin and I didn't want to bring more attention to it. Sophomore year was the worse. I started getting cystic acne. These just weren't the regular pimples that could be popped (which I know you're not supposed to) these pimples were deep in the skin and looked like bumps on the face. Foundation couldn't even do anything at all to help me feel a little better about myself. I always put my hair on the side of my face and even when the wind was blowing, I tried to keep it there. My parents began to cringe when they saw my face and they started getting mad at me for using and buying all these face washes. I probably spent a couple hundred on face products. I began to avoid going outside and I started fighting my parents a lot because I always felt like crap around them. I wore foundation in my own house because I felt the most judged around my family. I cannot even begin to explain everything that I went through. Eventually my parents forced me to go to the dermatologist. Around that time, I was breaking out with at least 10 cystic pimples and maybe another 10 pimples with puss. I felt horrendous to the point that leaving the house without makeup was not an option. I went to the dermatologist with a face full of makeup. They asked me to take my makeup off and my mom was in the room. I never felt so vulnerable in my life. I don't know what it was, but we started arguing in the room when the doctor wasn't there and I started crying. The dermatologist and assistant came in and saw that I was crying and they realized how completely broken I was. I went to the dermatologist for months. They gave me their own products and constantly gave me cortisone injections, maybe 10 or more per visit. My pimples were going away, but it left my face absolutely pitted. And then it stopped working. The cystic acne came back and honestly I thought I was just going to live the rest of my life getting these shots. The rest of high school remained the same. Senior year my cystic acne had reduced, however it never truly left. I started my freshman year of college and my first semester, I guess from all the stress, my cystic acne came back with a vengeance and it was the worst I had seen it. Finally feeling so tired and depressed, I went on acne.org. I knew of the website a long time ago, just when I started having pimples. I remember reading reviews here for different products, but I never knew or I guess was never interested in trying out Dan's products. I figured that since I have tried, to me felt like, absolutely everything, including 10% BP, salicylic acid, sulfate, green tea, sea salt, aspirin, how could a low dosage of BP work. In desperation, I bought the set. Literally within two weeks my skin was 60% a lot better. And keep in mind that my acne was already at its worst. My skin did get very dry, which I never imagined it could be since I have very oily skin. Eventually I had to switch to a thicker moisturizer to combat the dry skin. After a month, I did not have any pimples left, cystic or regular. I guess I'm taking the time to write this because I want to help anyone, even just one person, who has battled acne for a long time or who just started. Follow the regimen precisely, especially the dosage or it will not work. I am now happy and confident and I hope you guys will be too. Thank you so much Dan

Pros:

It works! I seriously think this stuff is liquid gold!

Cons:

Dryness and skin irritation as your skin gets used to the treatment.

I waited 6 months to write this review so that it would be as accurate as possible. About me: 25, female, always had acne-prone/combination skin. I was always a picker, and I'm sorry to admit, that when it comes to my skin, money has never been an object. The story: I had just started working a second job, and was extremely tired and stressed. Oftentimes, I was working 14-hour days, and I was just plain tired. Around this same time, I was due for my Depo shot, and skipped it because I couldn't find a time to get in. I had missed a few shots beforehand, so I do think that hormones played a role in everything that was going on. All of a sudden, and seemingly overnight, my one or two regular blemishes turned into way more. My jawline had painful ones, and my forehead developed these strange, under the surface bumps that couldn't be extricated. I TRIED EVERYTHING. Anyway, to keep this short, after every high-end/luxury brand acne treatment I could get my hands on DIDN'T work, I gave in and ordered this. And my life changed forever. Within a week it cleared up the bumps on my forehead completely. And I would safely say that everything else was gone within two months of consistent use. My regimen: Cetaphil cleanser morning and night + Acne.org BP Treatment morning and night + Philosophy HIAJ moisturizer morning and night = the best skin I've ever had. At the beginning, there will be a bit of irritation. Take it slow, invest in a thick moisturizer, and let your skin adjust. I know that there were nights that I skipped treatment because my skin was just too sensitive. It never seemed to hurt the results. Just pay attention to what your skin is telling you. If you have problem skin, RUN don't walk to get this. You won't regret it.

Pros:

Not sure...

Cons:

Takes forever to rub in
Dries out skin
Caused cystic acne?

Active ingredient: 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Also Contains: Water, Butylene Glycol*, Carbomer*, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Diazolidinyl Urea*, Sodium Hydroxide. *These ingredients made Whole Foods' "Unacceptable List for Premium Body Care" which means any products that include these ingredients are not recommended for skincare and anything containing these ingredients will not be sold at any Whole Food stores. - Butylene Glycol is in the "Dirty Dozen" - the absolutely most toxic and you will hear in the coming years avoid all things with this! I hope this, above all ingredients, is changed in this product's formulation! - Diazolidinyl urea is a preservative with the potential to release formaldehyde in very small amounts and is a primary cause of contact dermatitis. - Carbomer comes from petroleum and gives viscosity to skincare products. It's highly processed its manufacturing creates toxic by-products. ----- I don't think this is working for me. I've been using it for 2 months now and haven't really seen a considerable difference in my skin. I have had 3 cystic breakouts during this time. The last time I had a cystic breakout was in high school, about 8 years ago. Breakouts still happen with normal frequency and my blackheads are as bad as they were before starting this product. I wasn't expecting a miracle, but reading the reviews had me thinking that I would at least see some kind of improvement. The biggest downside to this is how dry my skin is. If I smile, my skin literally cracks and begins to flake - NOT attractive. Dan says not to use a washcloth but gee, am I supposed to run around town looking like a leper? I was forced to use some gentle exfoliation to work off some of the dead skin. Frankly, I feel like dead skin sitting in top of your pores would exacerbate acne, not help it. I'm so glad this worked for other people - it did not work for me.

Pros:

-Keeps skin clear
-easy to use
-comes in large bottle
-feels great and really works

Cons:

wish it was cheaper!

At the beginning your skin will react to the product making your skin dry and begin to peel. It takes at least 2weeks or more for you to see clearer skin. YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW THE REGIMEN STEP BY STEP. I have been using Dan's regimen for 2years now and love his products. My skin has never felt better and i love putting makeup on it. I do get the occasional blemish but it goes away fast and doesn't bother me like before. I follow the regimen exactly the way Dan suggest and my skin just keeps getting better each time. You must be consistant with his products to see the actual results. Good Luck!
