Nnnnope!
I've tried this 3x in my life, all 3x led to awful, scaly, rashy acne where there was none before. Glycerin, dammit.

Pros:

Left no residue.
Made my skin very soft.
Non-drying.
Glycerine is a humectant, so I found my skin feel hydrated.
Great for sensitive skin.
Wallet friendly.

Cons:

Doesn't lather up very much, so it's hard to tell how much product is on your hands (or whatever you use to wash with).
Doesn't remove makeup well.

I have only ever used the Cetaphil Anti-Bacterial Bar on my face, and still use it at night to remove my makeup. After using this a couple of days my family kept commenting on how soft and hydrated my skin was. I would very much recommend this.

Pros:

I have just been using it for almost a month now and I swear that it cleared my face of oil that causes my breakouts. I've never been more confident of looking at people with a clean, clear skin...

Very much recommended for all those who want to be a head turner...

Pros:

very effective for acne
washes out oil
dries up pimple fast

Cons:

dries out skin

i will really recommend this product to help out those in trouble with acne. There are comments that this has no medication on acne but in my case it helped a lot. Got no pimple since i used this product and it was totally amazing. But it will definitely dries out your skin so use a daily/intense facial moisturizer depending on your location. Yes it also washes my make up really well, i dont need to wash it all over again. I use it twice a day, one before bedtime and one in the morning. after your first wash you can feel the diffrence..=) you must try it and see for ur self!

Pros:

rids face of ALL oil, removes makeup easily, washes completely clean with no residue, doesn't interfere with acne medication, smell is bearable (I don't find it as repulsive as others seem to)

Cons:

NONE!

I have been using this soap since the 4th grade (about 18 years!), and I could not live without it! Whenever I go on vacation I leave a big reminder note on the bathroom mirror so I don't forget my favorite face soap. My father's dermatologist had recommended the original Neutrogena bar soap when he was younger, and he was the one who got me started on it. I developed acne at a very young age, and here I am almost 30 yrs old and I STILL get breakouts if I don't use this soap consistently every morning and night (I also wash w/it in my ears!), and I have the oiliest skin you've ever seen (10 minutes after I wash my face and you can actually see the little beads of oil forming on my pores...yuck. who needs a mirror when you have my forehead to look into?). Neutrogena bar soap is the ONLY face soap that makes my face feel totally clean. I also use the Neutrogena acne scrub in the shower, and this plus the occasional dab of benzoyl peroxide keeps me from having breakouts.

Pros:

* Smells good [in my opinion]
* Softened my skin [made it look&&feel a lot smoother, plus it kind of softened or lightened up my acne marks.]
* Helps clear my breakouts
* Cheap&effective

Cons:

* At first it made my skin feel tight [moisturizer helped, now my skin feels fine]

I think it really helps. It doesn't break you out or irritate your skin, and it helps you feel fresh afterwards. It seems to be more effective than pervious facewash and cleansers I've used and it's gentle. Plus it's only a few bucks, nothing to lose really if you want to try it out.

Pros:

Removes all oils. Feeling clean.

Cons:

Clogged pores, caused more breakouts. Dry skin.

I recommend this soap for those who have oily skin but not pimple-proned. This soap removes all inside of your pores which is good but in my case, clogged my pores and causes more pimple to errupt on my face. If use regulary and for a long period of time might cause excessive dryness.
