Pros:

Seemingly dries up the pimple a bit.

Cons:

Makes your skin dry and shiny;
The spots where the paste use to be on skin look "glossy" and not very natural.

I do not recommend it. I use to do it, but common sense told me to stop, because the results were really small, and I noticed that sometimes the pimples go away slower after using tooth paste. Now I just use normal honey for pimples and acne. Which seems to help a LOT better and quicker.

Pros:

Dried up pimple/zit so easier for it too fall off
Reduced swelling by alot!
Reduced redness!
Faster results than waiting out
Fastest easy thing Ive tried.

Cons:

Tiny sting (not that much)
A little annoying, because having white on your face
IS NOT OVERNIGHT MAGIC, just like everything it takes it time. ( but still FASTER )
This did not happen to me, but if you do it TOO MUCH it could scar. ( easy enough to coverup though)

Works very well for those nasty sits you get occasionally. What I did was kept it on overnight, but would not suggest keeping it on all night if you have sensitive skin. It was the fastest thing I've tried, I've used so many types of acne cleansers, they all work for a little and then stop. This does the trick for the huge ones. I would not recommend this daily, it is an occasional thing. OVERALL: Try it, you never know if this could do wonders for you, it works pretty well! BTW I used Aquafresh ;) do not know if it makes a difference but don't use gel!! ONLY WHITE PASTE!

Do not leave on overnight!! Wet skin first then apply, leave on until burning sensation goes away then wash face with water. The next morning it will be better

Pros:

-Takes away Cystic acne in a 1-3 days more or less depends on skin type i suppose
-Easy to get ahold of
-Scars litterally peeled off the skin to bring up clearer brighter skin :)
-dries up pimples in a few hours so maybe a good thing to try before a date or social event

Cons:

-Burned my skin the first time i tried , had to wait 3-4 days before the burned skin peeled off

Toothe paste is the mega miracle for cystic acne i couldnt beileve when i got this cyst on my chin how BP couldnt get the cyst down nor SA but the tooth paste showed swelling go down and redness in only one night. It was amazing i would deffinitely try this on one spot first because it does burn the skin and im a medium brown tone and the butn mark showedd horrible. Try using more natural home remedies , i use this site all of the time and i went from moderate acne to very light acne , actually i have no acne to be perfectly honest except one trouble spot which is my chin which refuses to die down but the bumps arnt that noticble , only to me so im ok. Try maybe... - baking soda + water as a scrub -ACV as toner -Green tea + water + spray bottle as a toner -Honey for cleanser And i see this site is mainly adults talking but for the teens that see's this, im only 15 lol So yes this will even work for you :) Chow.

Cons:

Treat pimples with toothpaste will cost redness because of the temperature, perhaps . It burns and hurt ur skin badly! I'm a sensitive skin girl, so I have bad reviews about this remedy and I will nt recommend this to people .but every people has different skin type so some people give good rating about this remedy . Whereas, it's affordable thou.

Pros:

Stops pimple from getting bigger and swelling
Cheap
Everyone has it already

Cons:

Stings
Doesn't work on all pimples, only some
can be kind of hard to get off once dried

So I use toothpaste on my zits, and it works fairly well. I take the toothpaste, and then drown my pimple in toothpaste. Lol. I apply the toothpaste at night, and then leave it on while I sleep. The toothpaste may sting a bit in the beginning. Some toothpaste might get on your pillow, but you can wash that off. By morning, the pimple is usually smaller and less red. However, the toothpaste doesn't affect all pimples. Some pimples just stay the same. I've noticed that the toothpaste is more effective on newer pimples just starting to form, than big swollen oily pimples. The bottom line is that toothpaste isn't a miracle cure for your pimples, but for something that is already in your house and extremely cheap, it is definetly worth a try.

Pros:

Soothes skin
Dries up spots

Cons:

Strong minty smell!

Toothpaste is a good quick fix. It reduces swelling and redness and dries up spots. Do not use near your eyes obviously! Best to use over night. Definitely recommend trying this.

Pros:

-Made white heads go away
-Made my bigger pimples smaller or flat
- It didn't try out my skin, only my pimples, maybe because I dotted it on or something but the funny thing is when I washed it off my skin felt alot smoother! :D

Cons:

- Kind of burns, but maybe thats just me
- Some people are alergic to baking soda and/or peroxide and that's the main ingredents in a whitening tooth paste so the first time you do it I recomend you only do it in one area and but just a tiny bit on to see if your skin is alergic or if you have an alergic reaction!

It cleared up most of my acne, made the redness go away or fade and it's something you should have lying around in your bathroom anyway. USE THE PASTE NOT THE GEL and it actually made my skin feel softer. All skin types are different though so it might not do the exact same for you but I would try it.
