Pros:

OTC
Not too expensive
Seems to help!

Cons:

Slighty funny smell

I've been using this product for a couple months now and it seems to really be helping. I'll use it as a whole-face mask about once a week. Whenever I have a troublesome "spot", I'll put a dab on and leave it overnight. It doesn't make the pimple *magically* go away, but it does seem to make it smaller. I'm 43 and have hormonally induced adult acne which can get really depressing sometimes. (I never broke out this bad when I was a teenager!!) But if I stay very regular with my skincare routine, I can keep the acne spots down to a dull roar most of the time.

Pros:

Shrinks pimples, gets rid of blackheads and reduces redness. Makes skin feel smooth and gives a very fresh and clean feeling

Cons:

Can make face feel dry and must use a minimum amount or face will feel extremely stiff and irritating

When I first started using this it would really dry out my face, so I had to regulate it. For some reason now it doesn't dry my face out at all and I use it everyday after a shower. Immediately after I step out of the shower I put it on because the hot water from the shower really opens pores. I try to put a minimum amount on because if there's too much your face it can be so irritating it's almost painful. Since my face is still wet from the shower the mask disappears on my face and reappears after the water has evaporated off my skin. I can leave this mask on for 2 hours, forget about it and still wash it off with my skin looking very even and smooth. After I wash the mask off and let my face dry I put witch hazel on my face with a cotton ball that sort of "seals" my skin into a very nice healthy surface. I can't live without this stuff and it's an absolute must have for me. It's always gone off the shelves where I live and the last time I replenished the supply (today haha) I went to two stores and only Rite Aid had two left and I snatched them and high-tailed it outta there.

Pros:

- shrinks pimple overnight
- makes your skin soft

Cons:

- sticky
- bottle gets clogged and messy

This stuff is amazing. It works better than proactiv's sulfur mask and is way cheaper. I randomly get really bad hormonal breakouts on my chin and use this as a spot treatment. By the next day my cystic bumps are half the size and on the second day are almost flat completely. I highly recommend this mask to anyone who wants a quick fix for their skin.

Pros:

-Sulfur based
-Works on my sensitive skin

Cons:

-Some people say smell (I don't mind it)
-Small tube

AcneFree Sulfur Mask is one of the best products in the AcneFree line. I'm very pleased that it is sulfur based because it works great on my skin. I have oily skin and this product does as it promises: clears skin. After a long day of work and school my skin begins to look like an oil slick which can cause my makeup run. After using this product once or twice a week I have a much more even skin tone. I would recommend this product to anyone with combination skin, not sure how it would work on dry/easily irritated skin but so far I have had great results. Will continue to buy.

Pros:

Cleared up my skin fast
Made my skin seem healthier
Kind of glowing almost

Cons:

Smells a little bit, but not terribly bad.
Dries out skin if used too much

Very very good product. I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to clear up their face fast. My face started breaking out when I went to college and the medicines my dermatologist gave me wouldn't work. I apply EpiDuo gel after using the mask most nights.

Pros:

Works well at reducing pimple size
Gets rid of some of my zits overnight
it has a nice feeling when going on

Cons:

Doesnt always work
Can be very drying if used as a mask
It can be embarrassing to have white dots all over your face

I just use it as a spot treatment and it works very well for me. I have tried using it as a mask and it only dries me out and i feel it just irritates my acne. I would recommend to use it as a spot treatment because it dries out the zit, and if you catch one forming you can just dot this on it at night and most of the time it takes care of it

Pros:

Seems to help bring heads down more quickly and decrease the size of heads if applied before the become heads.

Cons:

Doesn't completely clear heads overnight. I use it part to aid clearing process as well as prevention as it seems that my skin is allergic to benzoyl peroxide.
I wish that it had no fragrance. Companies can put whatever they want under the term "fragrance". Look it up, it is true.

I have been using this for several weeks. Originally, I only used on acne spots overnight, as it was too drying to use otherwise. However, since I have started using only this, Castile soap, Clarisea scrub and salts, and a sulfur soap I have been able to use it on spots and once a week as an overall face mask, concentrating on my most acne-prone areas. My skin has been clearing up, I have a lot of hyper-pigmentation from break outs over several months, but only have 2 larger and a few smaller 'active' pimples now.

nice
it is very nice, I use this while in the shower - I'll wash my face, rinse, and then massage this on for a good 2-3 minutes and leave it on until I do my final rinse. My skin is left feeling impeccably clean, smooth and rosey.

Decent spot treatment, but not a mask
I liked this product as a spot treatment, but found it to be too harsh as a mask. I would put it just on spots overnight, and it would help shrink them. I used the whole tube just as a spot treatment. If you do not respond to benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, try sulfur
