Proprietary Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), Vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol acetate), Thiamine (as thiamine mononitrate), Riboflavin, Niacin (as niacinamide), Vitamin B6(as pyridoxine HCI), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), Biotin, Pantothenic Acid (as and calcium pantothenate), Zinc (as zinc acetate), PABA (Para Aminobenzoic Acid), Choline and Inositol). Processed on equipment which also processes peanuts and tree nuts. Excess consumption may have a laxative effect.

Pros:

Easy to deal with. Just eat a few gummies a day. I think they taste pretty good.

Cons:

They aren't worth the money. The effects of this vitamin aren't very noticible. They're really more expensive than they look because to notice the effects you need to eat like 1/3 of a "week" supply a day and they can end up costing you $70/month

They're way to expensive and the results aren't worth it. You don't get what you pay for.
