The Regimen

As a teenager, I hardly EVER had acne, with the exception of a few pimples here and there. When I got into my 20's, I started to develop rather severe acne.... and I was absolutely MISERABLE. I suffered from blackheads, big white heads, and deep, painful red ones too. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of it, and I mean EVERYTHING. I tried many other popular acne regimens, I tried store brand cleansers and scrubs, I tried more natural routes like essential oils and natural sulfur soaps! I even tried two different prescriptions, a topical antibiotic, and eventually a pill (Doxycycline Monohydrate), and NONE OF IT WORKED! I had completely given up. I stumbled across the acne.org regimen by chance... and figured I would give it a last-ditch-effort to clear myself up. I have been on the regimen for about 3 months now, and I have to say... I am so impressed! My skin has totally cleared up and I have hardly any new acne at all! (Except a few during that time of the month.) My skin has made AMAZING progress and I am so happy! Unfortunately, I still have some post-acne hyper-pigmentation, but it is slowly starting to fade too! I can not recommend this regimen ENOUGH! The first few weeks (And month really...) were very difficult, and I almost felt like giving up! But I read a lot of people had struggled through the first few weeks too, so I just pushed through it, and I am so glad I did! If you are considering trying this, just do it! It will be frustrating at first, and during the first few weeks-month, the dry skin is itchy, and the progress isn't huge.... but trust me... it's worth it. Keep pushing through. I've had moderate acne for 6 years now, and am 21. I suffered with whiteheads, bumpy uneven texture, blackheads, spots that sit under the skin, and hyper-pigmentation across my face and felt that nothing would work. Over the years, I have tried many drugstore products, as well as antibiotics and I have never seen as big an of an improvement in my skin, as I have had with the acne.org regimen. I've currently been on the regimen for 2 1/2 weeks, however during the first 2-3 days my skin DID get worse, I had more breakouts in areas I would not usually, but by day 7 they had cleared, and now my skin is looking the best it has done in a long time, which I did not think was possible. My complexion is smooth and even and any old spots, which there are few, are fading. My advice would be to persevere, with this if you DO get an initial breakout, as I almost stopped, but luckily though to carry on. I have been following the regimen very strictly as the website does indicate to do so, never missing a day and my skin has stayed clear. To finish I would strongly recommend trying this regimen if you suffer with acne, it is very drying so be generous with moisturiser and the dryness is manageable as I do not have any flaking skin. The length of time one may see an improvement may differ from person to person, but I would strongly recommend trying this product if you suffer with acne. To finish with, my advice would be to persevere if you do get an initial breakout, and to be generous with the moisturiser, as my skin is dryer, but this is manageable as I do not suffer with any flaking. I am glad I found this regimen and wish others luck if they choose to try it!!!

At first I was so skeptical about spending so much money on products that may not even help my skin. But recently my skin became so bad, I had no choice. To be honest....BEST choice I made! Hi, I'm from SriLanka. I've actually never had acne during my teenage years but after leaving school, for some reason i started getting acne. They were not severe or inflammed but some mild acne where i could easily get rid of using a neutrogena facial cleanser. I was used to be a heavy makeup lover I kept on trying different methods. I was moving between estee lauder double wear and revlon colorstay foundations. Something went wrong somewhere and my acne began to become little worse than before. When I found that there was nothing neutrogena could do, i went to a dermatologist where i was prescribed with doxycycline tablets along with adapalene. It cured my acne to be honest but it was little late when i got to find that if i stop taking doxy that my acne would reappear. I had clear skin for almost 6-7 months even after i stopped the treatment but my acne returned as if they're going take some revenge on me. I did everything I could except for going back to a dermatologist cause I really didn't want to take any oral medication because i felt that it somehow affected my monthly cycle during that time. So even when my mom was insisting me to go for a dermatologist i kept on searching alternate ways of battling against my acne. I tried almost every DIY method that's been popular on youtube. Facial cleansers/scrubs/masks/ayurvedic methods etc etc. I remember i used benzac AC 5% on my acne for a month listening to my best friend but that only burned and peeled my skin off like crazy so thinking back about benzoyl peroxide was a huge NO NO for me . Onedayi accidentally came across a forum in MUA where many people were swearing upon a thing called "The Regimen by acne.org" I was curious i kept on reading and went on YouTube to search on it. The result was tons of success stories of the regimen users. I found that it has benzoyl peroxide too. It made me think twice but i decided to make the choice because i had nothing to loose. When people used to ask me about my acne almost everyday (except my boyfriend) it was really stressful. I ordered the regimen starter pack and received it only last week . I don't flake severely because my skin is sort of used to benzoyl 5% strength so it can tolerate 2.5% easily. However i can feel my acne healing gradually . I know I'm going to end this battle soon :) i will keep on buying this miracle product for maintenance(once I'm totally clear from my acne) *****if you really want this to work pls make sure that you stay away from heavy make up (atleast for a while) let your skin be free from other chemicals , if you really want to use makeup try mineral makeup so it won't give your skin that heavy feeling :) i know it works this way because when i was going through my dermatologist prescription on previous occasion i did not use make up and i healed faster than he assumed :) hope this helps

Bottom line this stuff really works! Ive tried many acne products but this one yield the most results hands down. I have moderate acne and this product cleared up my cheeks as well as reduced the redness drastically. I just ordered some more! Look out acne, hello clear skin!
