It works.. with some side effects
First, let me start off by saying that THIS TAKES time. Some people may see immediate results, but most do not. I tried the regimen 3-4 years ago for a month and when it didn't work, I just gave up. In between that, I went on spironolactone, birth control, antibiotics, etc. Even though these treatments are all safe, I just did not like depending on pharmaceuticals to make my acne go away. Spironolactone worked the best for me but since the research on long term use is dodgy at best, I decided to give the regimen a try again. I did not see any changes the first month, in fact, my acne probably got way worse. I started the regimen in Early October. Guess when I started seeing results? MID FEBRUARY. You have to be diligent and use it regularly. The drying is terrible and moisturizer will be your best friend. It's expensive (my spiro was like $7 per month). Even after four months, if I don't slather on the moisturizer, my skin gets angry and flaky. I am worried about wrinkles, but it's really helped keep my acne at bay. I still have little pimples before my period. However, they never fully form and go away in a couple of days. I also switched to using this in the morning only on my trouble spots (chin, around mouth, forehead) and then I do the whole sha-bang at night. Try it, it works! But again, MOISTURIZE or you'll hate yourself. EDIT: The AHA did not do much for me. I used it for a while, did not really notice any changes and stopped use. Stick to the benzoyl peroxide from this line. I use Trader Joe's cleanser and cetaphil with a little bit of coconut oil added in for moisturizer.

Pros:

After a couple of months of use, my skin is mostly cleared. Straightforward ingredients in the products.

Cons:

Dryness, dullness, flakiness, scared to exfoliate with any products outside of the regimen. Can't put any makeup on my skin due to the broken texture.

I've been using the original 3-product Regimen [cleanser, BP, moisturizer]. I will be getting the Jojoba Oil in my next refill because my skin is incredibly dull and dry. Yes, my acne went away, and now I have the scars that it left behind. I am afraid to treat the scarring [I have the rolling type] due to the extreme dryness. All the products have simple ingredients, no harsh chemicals or fragrances. The moisturizer is lovely, but it is no match for the flakiness that is bound to happen in this regimen. If you are a foundation/concealer makeup wearer, you will have a hard time adjusting. If possible, do NOT wear any makeup. The new texture of your skin will cause the makeup to cake, and your pores need to breathe as much as possible during the first two months. My advice: Use the BP as gradual as possible. Start with HALF a pea size for the first week. In the second week, use a full pea size. Then by the fourth or fifth week, use a dime size if you need to. Keep increasing, but as slowly. Follow the instructions EXACTLY and you'll see a great improvement. These products are worth trying. Especially if you are like me, and has spent countless of money on your skin. Just know that it comes at a cost. In this case, dryness and dullness. I know with time that will improve. From what I read, the Jojoba Oil would help.

Good
Everything is perfect but the moisturizer is the worst. Fix the moisturizer and it will be 5 stars.

Saved my face
I`m 22 years old male, I had CYSTIC ACNE since 19. I bought acne.org regimen and in 2 week time i was clearing up, but for myself - I also started to eat organic/healthy foods and apples which MOST definetlly helped. I can also stronly recommend eating coconut oil, various seed oils, honey, probiotics. Do some quality reaserch how to eat healthy for good skin!!! Till that nothing worked - no treatment (lasers and creams). I have been using the regimen for 3 months, and acne has reduced by 90%. Really happy about it, so I definetlly recommend it :) Skin is kinda dry now, but that doesn`t bother me, nor does the minimal blemishes :)

The GREAT but the BAD
so I got this at the end of February. I was DYING for it to come in. I had used the treatment & lotion a long time ago and the treatment cleared my acne but it came back months later and I tried benzogel but it didn't do ANYTHING for me so I ordered the whole kit. my skin was getting awful. like EVERYONE was commenting on it!!!!! especially that I had beautiful clear skin. so I got it...I followed the instructions. every day I woke up with CLEARER, BETTER, MORE BEAUTIFUL SKIn!!!!!!! but... after about 2-3 weeks of using it my skin is dry as hell. I stopped using the treatment in the hope it clears. I got jojoba oil too. around my eyes is like a sahara, its so flaking and awful. my skin texture from close up is bad, very dry and flaky. is it worth the dryness and eye irritation that my skin is clear? HELL YEAH. TRY IT. I RECOMMEND IT. be sparingly with the treatment. or maybe its the lotion that is hurting my eyes, who knows!

Pros:

After a week my complexion was better and after a coupleof more weeks my complexion got even better. As long as I follow the Regimen it works wonderfully and the cost of the product is fair.

Cons:

Shipping is a little steep at $10.00 and shipping time is about 7 days. At $10.00 shipping fee, it should arrive sooner.

Love this product. I stumbed upon the acne.org site while looking for a 'cure' after trying so many different products from the drugstore and NOT wanting to spend $150 on a prescription cream. THANK YOU ACNE.ORG!!!

Not bad
The face wash doesn't seem to have anything on it, and the moisturizer is good for hydration. Also the regimen works well! you just have to keep using it in order for your acne to stay away which is kind of annoying. I've been using the regimen alone with only using the moisturizer when I need it and it has faded most of my dark-spots. I recommend the regimen ! Maybe the moisturizer, if you truly have dry skin, otherwise your skin stays oily throughout the day. I don't recommend the face wash though.

One month of usage, happy!

Pros:

prevents new pimples
less oily skin

Cons:

Moisturizer smells, cannot be used with your significant other
Itchy face & neck

I started using it on December 16th, in am (in pm, I was using DIfferin) for a week or two, and afterwards only Regimen (no Differin). It made difference already after the first week! However, I did not follow the dosages of BP and instead listened o my skin - I have tried using more BP but then as soon as I did, my face hurt so much that it was painful to talk! Keep in mind, my acne is mild and only on my chin and forehead, the rest of my face is normal skin. Currently, I only apply it on spots and I have no pimples on my forehead, and 2 pimples on my chin (used to be 10!). After 2 weeks of using, my face and for some reason neck (though I did not apply any BP on neck) became extreeemly itchy so I had to tell myself to stop scratching it. Now it seems like my skin calmed down since I am not trying to increase BP dosage.
