Gave me the worst breakouts of my life
I have struggled with acne for five plus years and I wanted to try this regimen before I decided to go on accutane. I have tried a million and one prescriptions and other over the counter products (seriously not an overstatement) and I thought this might just work but sadly it didn't. I was on it for 2 months and had to stop because I had developed cysts around my chin that I had never had before. These breakouts were very painful, deep, and have left a ton of hyperpigmentation and some scars. My skin was horribly dry despite putting on 3+ pumps of moisturizer and 6 drops of jojoba oil. I wanted this to work so badly but my skin just did not react well to it. I have very oily, but easily reactive, sensitive skin for reference.

WROST PRODUCT FOR MY TYPE OF FACE
OMG!! I wish I had never used this product! I followed instructions for over 2 months. I noticed my face started breaking out but I thought it was the way the product works, so I give it time! NEVER GOT BETTER!! I'm still regretting using it. I have a semi-dry skin. My acne is now located all around my Chin.

I used this for THREE YEARS and it RUINED my skin.
As a young teen, I really didn't know any better. I lathered this stuff on my face, even though it was slightly irritating over time. What I didn't realize is this stuff was slowly damaging my skin. I couldn't go out into the sun without my skin becoming red, I couldn't go through a day without my eyes getting irritated and dry from the long term use and damage to my eyes from using this stuff before going to bed, and I couldn't get through a day without my skin covered in grease. My poor skin was suffering from the over dryness. I DO NOT recommend for anyone to use this. It will not help your skin in the long term. I am still trying to fix my skin two years later after using this stuff for so long. It ruined my pores. My skin is slowly getting better but I have a good two years to go! Please please please go to a dermatologist. If you don't have the means to, that's understandable, but do not use this system. Clear skin for a couple months is not worth the long term damage. Benzyl peroxide can be helpful, but not in this way!!! I'm not trying to trash the company or anything, I am only trying to warn people from damage to your skin because what I went through is not something I wish upon on anyone else!

Did not work
This product was a waste of time and money. I used the product for three months and saw zero results. In fact my skin is actually worse than it was when I started the regimen. I was very diligent and used the products every 10 hours. I kept using the products because the website said it could take months for the products to work. Well, I've been using it for 3 months now and I have so many dark spots, acne and irritation it is uncomfortable. My final straw was when my teenage son told me I need to go see Dr. PimplePopper because the stuff that I am using is just not working.

Helped for a while
I've had acne, as in pimples and many clusters of little forehead bumps, ever since I was eleven. I started using the Regimen exactly how Dan said to use it. Within a few months my skin was almost flawless and continued getting better and better. But after a little over a year I started to notice my skin breaking out on my cheeks, a place where it never had before. A few months go by and my chin starts getting acne, followed up by my nose. By that time, my skin also began to have layers of oil on it only a couple hours after washing it in the morning. But just in case, I continued using the products. Recently, whilst my chin and cheeks are still covered in acne, my horrible small bumps on my forehead, along with plenty of larger pimples, have returned. It is just about worse than ever, and I'm seeking the help of apple cider vinegar next.

so upset
when i started this product i was so excited because i had seen a youtubers video saying it changed her life. after one month nothing happened. after two months my skin was horrific. i had more acne scars then i had ever in my life, and i was so broken out i was embarrassed to go out in public... ever. i cried myself to sleep because i finally had hope for clear skin, and after the money i spent with no results, i am truly saddened and disappointed.

Im disappointed
OMG i bought this package without the jojoba oil. I followed the instruction every single time of the way. My skin totally changed from bad to worse. My face started turning very dark. Im fair in colour but jesus i was scared and so was my friends and my entire family... I contacted acne.org concerning the issue and they advised i took a break from the regimen and start afresh, but that didn't help either. My face looked wrinkled for more than 6 weeks and even darker. I looked extremely horrible like OMG. So at this point i was disappointed and angry cos i had to travel to Africa looking like an ugly old lady, but I'm just 23. So i went to Africa and my face started changing. The wrinkles were straightening up and started getting oily face etc, but my face still looked 4 shades darker than my normal skin. Ever since i stopped using the regimen, my face is now getting better after almost a year. My face still breaks out a lot but i'll prefer that, than having horrific face using the regimen. I put in a lot of effort and money and communication with acne.org just for nothing and I'm very disappointed. I kind of want to try again and this time see where the mistake was but I'm not sure if i dare. I mean its my face and i present that to people before anything else...

Works, but beware of side effects - If tanning (skin discolouration) occurs, stop immediately
Conclusion: Follow Dan's advice- If skin discolouration (brown/orange 'tanning') occurs during use, stop immediately. BP Pro's: It was pretty good at stopping new spots appearing. BP Con's: 1. Every spot that did appear when using BP would scar and so the number of apparent spots on my face would not be any less than before using BP, even though far less new spots were appearing. (When i say scar, I mean hyperpigmentation marks, each of which take 6-9 months to disappear for me) 2. 'Tanning' (Skin discolouration): Dan does say that one side effect of BP is skin discolouration and that BP should be stopped if this occurs. I started to 'tan' after a week or two of using the product - skin was becoming more orange/brown, but not in a nice tan way - my skin was an unhealthy shade and there were noticeable rings around my eyes and lines on my neck (where I wasn't using BP). A lot of users on acne . org say this is a common and temporary side effect which may go away, so I persevered. It did not go away, and I stopped BP. However, it is now 4-5 months since stopping BP (and all other acne . org products) and the 'tan' is still as apparent as it was 1 week after stopping - there has been no fading in the last 4 months so it seems it may be permanent. The resultant 'tan lines' are almost as much of a problem as the acne itself, and whilst acne will disappear with age, I am now worried that the 'tan' wont. Other relevant details: - I built up (over a period of 1 month or so) to applying BP twice daily. I would use dan's moisuriser and cleanser as directed too. I also added in AHA after another month or so and used this every couple of days. I followed all of the acne . org instructions. I did not have any other side effects from BP (other than dry skin, which became less of a problem upon using AHA). After the 'tanning' became quite apparent, I reduced the BP to once daily, not twice, and did not observe any change. I thought the 'tan' may have been due to the yellow pigment in the moisturiser but this was not the case (I trialled switching moisturisers and this did not change anything). I also thought that the 'tan' may have been due to the UV sensitivity that occurs upon using AHA, however it was winter at the time (in UK) and there was essentially zero sun. - I have white skin which tans averagely - I am not particularly sensitive to the sun.

More Insecure Than Ever
Before I purchased the Acne.org regimen my regimen consisted of applying Epiduo on my face in the morning and at night. Epiduo cleared my skin in 3 months. When I ran out of Epiduo I started looking for an alternative I could purchase because Epiduo is pricey. I didn't want my acne to come back and that's when I found Acne.org. I first found a review on youtube and her skin looked amazing! I found out many people had the same results and when I went on the website I discovered more people's stories. I was very optimistic and excited to try it. I used the regimen as directed for 3 months. I have now STOPPED this regimen because it has made my skin SO much worse. This regimen made me break out like crazy and once the breakout subsided I was left with so many dark and red acne marks. I've had trouble with acne marks before I started this regimen but I only had a few marks. Now because of this regimen I have 30+ marks that aren't going away anytime soon. I am very disappointed and so much more insecure and upset about my skin than before. My skin makes me want to cry because of how dark and lasting these marks are. I WOULD NOT GO ON THIS REGIMEN IF YOU GET MARKS EASILY. I just wish I never even bought this product.

Damn it sucks... Just be patient, it will heal by time. If you find something that works for you never try something else after. Your skin is never easy to handle. It is allright to pay a little bit pricey and keeping your skin safe than saving a little and messing it all up

Sorry about your experience but I'm ganna come out harsh in this. No matter what system you take your ganna break out like crazy it's just part of the process I had SEVERE acne. I'm talking bleeding pimples, scar, red and white marks everywhere. And when I started this regimen for the first couple of weeks my skin was out of control. But ever so slowly my acne did eventually go away. Now will there be acne scars leftover? Yes but have faith and please be patient that is probaly the most important thing to have when starting this regimen. It took me two years for my skin to be completely clear and even the scars I have left are starting dissapear slowly but they are getting there follow the regimen exactly as instructed and I suggest you use Glycolic acid and the jojoba oil once your skin has adjusted to the regimen
