Pros:

good fragrance
lasts long

Cons:

does not work on all skin types
my light acne has turned into moderately severe since using the product
expensive
the sales women not adequately trained to advice on skin care issues
complaints redressal system is poor!

i had a very light acne problem.. In my greed to make my face acne free, i tried this product (cleanser, toner, lotion, scrub) since i was quite satisfied with the other body shop products. Since i started using it there has been more than three times increase in the acne! Since people usually advice that in the beginning there might be an outbreak which gradually goes down, i continued using this product for over three months. It has done absolute damage to my skin. Their customer care people are of the veiw that this could have been due to the humid weather! They havent been helpful at all concerning the seriousness of my problem! I have completely stopped using it! It has left many scars on my face.. I advice you to consult a dermatologist before using it.

Pros:

Smells good
Feels good

Cons:

Drying
Too soapy

I saw this in an email. I had to try it because everyone says tea tree oil is good for the skin. It ended up feeling like a fancy soap for my hands rather than my face. Nice, but didn't work for me.
