Pros:

helps with zits when used sparingly/just a dab on a QTip will suffice

Cons:

i put some TTO on a cotton ball and held it on a growing zit for 20 minutes...it ended up burning my skin and now i have a cotton ball sized scab...i am hoping this will not leave a permanent scar!

good just be careful!

Pros:

clears up flaky skin

Cons:

strong smell

I've been using TTO in my hair moisturizing spray and notice that I don't have the flakiness around my hair line and the dandruff has disappeared. I've just begun adding it to my face cream and love the clean, tingly feel that it gives my skin. Already I notice that my skin is less oily and less shiny. I am so excited to finally have found something natural and effective that I'm going to add TTO to all of my hair and skin products.

Pros:

Clears up blemishes & removes redness FAST!!!
also i like the smell (but most ppl dont)

Cons:

Seems to form whiteheads...but i think it just cleaning out the bacteria.

I just recently purchased some tea tree oil from "The BodyShop" the facial cleanser, day time mositurizer, night lotion, and their face mask, it works wonders, mind you i only been on this regimen for 2-3 days... but i can already see a difference and thats alot coming from me as i did everything from proactive to laser surgery, nothing really helped me dramatically as tea tree oil has.. I have sensitive/oily skin and i am very acne prone. I have moderate/ to i guess mild acne.. but just try it!! it works inever used the 100 percent one.. but the bodyshop is 15 percent and it works just as good i think

Pros:

it does clear skin

Cons:

will dry it out if you have sensitive skin.

I had really bad acne and I was feeling hopeless. I went to the health food store and got some Tea tree facial cleanser with awapuhi and at first it did dry the skin out however,,after continual use,,my face did adjust.I have natually oily skin so I just used my own moisture and oil in my skin to moisturize. I was in the morning and at night. then I use a toner occasionally but the tea tree is a great product just have to learn how to use it

Pros:

Natural, powerful whiteheads and blackheads loose from the skin, refreshing, leaves the complex smooth and helps heal acne and doesnt irrate. A few drops in a facail

Cons:

be careful and dont load it on as it will sting & make your skin red in places.Just use sparingly as it is powerful stuff and too much will only irritate your skin and lead to further break outs as i have experienced!

A drop added in facial sauna is great and really cleans out the pores and gives your skin a healthy glow. Also a little drop added in with your facail wash really helps and makes your skin feel very clean and refreshed. This stuff really helps and works deep in the pores it will bring the whitehead to the top but after a few days it will be gone and leads to more clean, clear skin patience and time is needed as it will take at least a couple of months for it to clean out your pores and if you stick to a strict regime everyday you will notice good results! Also eating healthy and drinking plenty of water and getting enough fresh air and excerise will help alot doing this will help with whats going on in the inside and helps heal acne faster! hope this helps and good luck to all and give TTO a go it really helps.

Pros:

Refreshing tingly feeling, aromatherapeutic, blends well with most gentle moisturizers

I have been using TTO for two days and it seems to be brining blackheads to the surface of my skin. I don't know if the acne will clear up, but based on the blackhead-extracting effect I may continue to use TTO in combination with other products to eliminate my acne.

Pros:

Reduces inflammation fast.

Cons:

If used at the wrong time in the pimples "life" it can make it worse.

(This is for the 100%) Tea tree oil I've found is a bit tricky. You have to apply it when the pimple is at it's absolute worst. If you apply it too early or while it's going down, it gets irritated. I'm not saying this applies to everyone, because everyone reaccts to things differently. I'm just putting that out there ;-) Other than that, tea tree oil can be used for many things as my mother found and now she uses it more than I do for fading skin spots.

Pros:

opens up pores, kills bacteria, makes skin smoother, shrink pore size, this product helps to eliminate pimples. Even though it is some form of oil, it does not clog your pores.

Cons:

smells strong and very unpleasant, makes skin a little dry. i follow the tea tree oil with 100% aloe vera gel.

This product is amazing. I have been using it for a little over a week and have already gotten satisfactory results. I think that it is worth a try, only then you will discover how good tea tree oil is for your acne and your overall skin.

Pros:

Makes swelling go down faster, makes redness disappear faster, helps heal cystic and papule acne faster

Cons:

Smelly, makes skin dry and flaky, does not cure acne or prevent new acne from occurring

I use the Dessert Essence blemish stick, which has tea tree oil and a couple other added natural oils to help get rid of blemishes. It works well when I get a zit and want it to swell down, but be careful not to over use it, for it can really cry the zit and make the skin flaky. Though this does not prevent new acne nor makes it disappear over night, it does help the healing process go faster. Best wishes for anyone who gives this product a try, it may be worth it.

Pros:

Works great at clearing up active acne, bottle lasts forever, minimal irritation

Cons:

Stench, can be pricey

It works great. You only need 2-3 drops diluted on a cotton pad to act as an astringent for your whole face. Or spot treat using 1-2 undiluted drops on a Q-tip. I like that it doesn't leave a lot of redness like Benzoyl Peroxide does, and you definitely see results overnight. Only thing is I find that it doesn't really help PREVENT pimples, but it definitely speeds up the healing/clearing time of active blemishes, even big, hard cysts.
