Pros:

Inexpensive, only needs to be applied at night-time, seems effective.

Cons:

There is an initial break-out/flare-up which is harsh.
Dries out your skin and makes it flake at first, but only for a week or so.

Definitely worth trying.

Pros:

- Reduces pimple size
- Kind of prevents acne

Cons:

- Pain in the butt to put on everynight
- Causes a major initial breakout
- Dries out skin

I've been using this for a year now and its decent. Because i'm a girl and have to wear foundation out everyday to feel confident it doesn't really work all too well because putting on the makeup clogs my pores during the day anyways. I still get acne (though its probably not as bad as it could be without it) even though I have honestly worn it every single night for a year! Its not fair. I think your skin starts getting used to it also. Anyways i'm trying the vinegar method now with it and its working really really well! By the way the initial breakout is really really bad, I cried almost every day for a month... it was brutal.

Pros:

Def. does work, easy application, dries off super fast, cheap (cost me $14) gets rid of acne before they pop out. does not sting bad as people say ( its worse if I use collogne after shaving). And you just have to use it

Cons:

Creates a film which tightens skin. (but after making a few funny faces its all good)
Takes a few weeks to see improovement.

Def. recommend, follow instructions and its all OK

Pros:

my skin is no longer oily,
my face has cleared up

Cons:

your face feels like its getting tighter,
and sometimes a slight bit of discomfort.
but its not unbarable, its not even bad

every kinda of medication or gels/cream will probably have a side effect, tighting and the occasional burning last no more then 20-30 seconds, you skin feels better overall. its a great product

Pros:

Works quickly to attack new pimples

Cons:

Dryness
Stinging upon application

I have been using this product for 2 weeks and so far love it! I used to get mad break outs right around my "time-of-month" and after using this for only 2 weeks even through my "time-of-month" have been quite pimple free, I only got 2 pimples and they went away after 1 night! I use the regular formula, I read on here that it is much easier to apply if you wash your face then leave it a little damp as well as your hands. It spreads much easier this way and you also don't use as much product. It does sting a little when I apply it but it doesn't bother me enough to stop using it. I cleanse my face with regular hand soap at night then apply. In the morning I wash my face with Clinique face lotion, extra mild. Then when I have a shower I exfoliate with Clinique 7 Day scrub cream, it's very gentle and I find it is effective in removing the flakes. I finish up with Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisterizer. My skin has never been so soft!
