Pros:

Cheap, long-lasting.

Cons:

Greasy, made me break out even more, didn't really see any results, also made my skin dry.

I tried Jojoba oil after this one which I was more happy with. Now I'm using a cream called Egyptian Magic which has helped in just three days! I'll write a review on it when I've used it longer. :)

Pros:

None worth the toll.

Cons:

Mineral oil is the FIRST ingredient. Leeches essentially nutrients from your body. Any "positive" results are cancelled out by the negative composition.

Nope.

Pros:

Nice fresh scent, does not stain clothes, a little application goes a long way to make skin smooth.

Cons:

Expensive and does not prevent stretch marks during pregnancy. Only acts as a moisturizer.

I am 32, I bought and begun applying Bio Oil from my first month of pregnancy and used through my delivery (and 4 weeks post delivery). I applied Bio Oil to my hips, thighs, breasts and stomach religiously 3+ times per day as I kept a bottle at work, at home and in my car for constant application. Despite the consistent application to my skin, stretch marks appeared and remained after my pregnancy. This was my first pregnancy and I did not mind the expense of purchasing a large amount of Bio Oil as I thought it would aid in avoiding me developing stretch marks. My advise is do not waste your money if you are looking to use as a preventative for stretch marks. Rather, use any type of moisturizing cream as I am living proof stretch marks are genetic. I am small framed and only gained 25 pounds with this 1st pregnancy.

Pros:

Nice scent

Cons:

First this item is expensive. Secondly, my face was covered in pimples, especially in areas where I rarely got acne. Not only did bio-oil give me breakouts with every use but now, I am left with acne scars! My chin area is especially covered with the scars that bio oil gave me. It has been 2 months since I stopped using the product and I'm left with dark acne scars that look hideous.
This is absolutely the worst product to use if you are trying to rid your adult acne.

Don't use this product if you are prone to breakouts. Bio oil leaves you with nothing but more acne and acne scars. I now have to wait 3-4 months before the scars fade completely.

Pros:

Good moisturizer
Smooth skin

Cons:

Oily
Caused some mild breakouts
caused more ACNE SCARS on places I didn't have acne before.
did not fade scars, minimal if any

Would not recommend using on face as it caused more scars. Horrible product , regret using it

Pros:

cute little bottle and at first rather cheap.

Cons:

After investigation of the the formulation no wonder why it is cheap.
Cancer causing ingredient part of this product and the only skin healing properties ingredients are from flowers extracts or oils.

You get what you pay for... it is cheap and nasty, I actually find a natural oil with no fillers, all 100% active ingredients. it is called Tamanu oil, lots of independent scientific research, not just a panel of a few people... I have not looked back since fro my acne, now I use it as my anti wrinkle cream, face moisturiser, on any cuts, wounds, bruising and great after sun exposure, plus it has a natural SPF of 16-22. There is a real quality product that is well worth buying.

Pros:

It worked for a little while, I applied it as directed, for three weeks and the SCAR, WHICH IS ON MY LEG improved a lot.

Cons:

I suddenly had a TERRIBLE, severe allergic reaction, after applying bio-oil twice a day for three weeks

MY HANDS AND FACE SWELLED SEVERELY, AND MY EYES SWELLED SHUT (AND I WAS USING BIO-OIL ON MY LEG ONLY) I had huge, itchy, sore red welts for three days, I was in AGONY I will NEVER use this product nor recommend Bio-oil to anyone again, I thought I was going to die, and needed hospital treatment
