Pros:

Works fast, decreased redness on cheeks, nose, and décolletage with a few uses. With 2x daily use it has started to cleared up newer scars faster than using nothing. I also have noticed that my skin isn't as oily all over, yet is still very soft.

Cons:

I very rarely wear more make-up, other than mascara, because when using the Bio-Oil it tends to slide off after a while. Even the DermaBlend, (which I love!).

Before I used this I read ALL of the posts here. The poster who recommended 3-4 drops is right on when just doing the face, along with the poster who recommended that being sure it was absorbed into the skin. My décolletage has a tendancy to be red from being outside over the summer. I've always had to use foundation to blend with my neck and face, which don't redden. I used 2 drops for this area and after a few days it has decreased significantly. My acne tends to be more hormonal now, but when it kicks in, it REALLY kicks in and I want to hide. The only thing I see that I'm doing different is the asprin mask/exfolliation 1x weekly. I also am using Biore daily wash before and the SPF 30 moisterizer after. Haven't seen any healing with older scars, but I've only just started using this product 3 days ago. I will continue using and post an update if and when my husbands says something, and he will notice. So far I am impressed with this product for the price and visible results in such a short time. Just remember, sometimes a little bit goes a LONG way.

Pros:

cheap, easy to get hold of, gave skin a nice dewy look

Cons:

very oily consistency,, makes your skin greasy

I bought this product because i had minor acne scars on my face, used it for about a month and a half, and at the beginning it did make my skin look nice and was an easy base for make up to be put on, about a month later my skin became horrendously congested! blackheads and little spots erupted all over my cheeks, and when i consulted a dermatologist she said it was because of the oil and that it was clogging my pores. so bottom line, unless you have really dry skin, do not use this, maybe use it on any scars on your body, but definitely not for face! try jojoba oil if you have dry skin on your face, works much better and is cheaper.

Pros:

Starts working very fast, helps soo much.

Cons:

none really

I have very visible uneven skin tone from harsh chemicals used to treat acne, is still have very light acne and it seems to have almost stopped the red spots I get, still get whiteheads though. Ive had this for a few weeks and didn't seem to fade, unlike normal hyper pigmentation acne scars which do fade over time. I worried it may make me break out but it didn't. It took about a week to start to see a difference on my skin, it really improved some acne scars, which wudve faded but they faded a LOT faster, it has, unbelievable helped with the uneven skin tone, and this is using it for a few weeks! It is oily when you apply but it skins in, it will stay oily for a while but skins in very fast, Also, I have very oily skin and it hasnt made my skin worse. It has made my skin very soft and is very good value for money! I have started to receive some compliments on how my skin is looking better, especially from my mum who knows about the treatment. :) Recommend it to everyone, all skin type

Pros:

Leaves skin feeling smooth after an hour or so. Evens out skin texture.

Cons:

Rather oily, so apply overnight

This product is great to help reduce red marks. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and it has helped the red marks blend with the rest of my skin, making them far less noticable. It used to look like I had spots when I didn't, now it doesn't as much.

Pros:

- made skin feel very soft
-evened out skin tone
-lightened some acne scars
-gives a bit of a glow

Cons:

-very slow to work, patience is needed
- only works to an extent in that it cannot completely diminish acne marks
- works better on old scars, new scars don't seem to be fading

I would recommend this product for mild acne and hyper pigmentation. I had very dark acne scars on my cheek and would never leave my house without covering it with make up. Thanks to bio oil I am now able to wear no make up as my acne marks have lightened significantly. The bottle lasts for a very long time, I have been using it twice a day for 4 months and I still have just under half left. It is a good product however, it takes a very long time to start working and it doesn't work very well on new scars. Patience and perseverence definately needed.

Pros:

glowing skin
nice smell
very moisturizing
healing ingredients
great for all skin issues-burns, bites, psoriasis
evens skin texture

Cons:

made me break out
little to no acne scar improvement

I used it as directed which is daily and it ended up clogging my pores and giving me a breakout and my skin isn't even oily to begin with. I didn't see any improvement in scarring either. But I do still buy and use this product, just not too often. It makes me glow and I keep it on hand all summer long. I use once a week as a depp moisture treatment when I feel dry and patchy. I use it on chapped lips (instant healing). And on all bug bites, burns, scratches and psoriasis patches. It clears those up quickly just didn't work so well on my face.

Pros:

If you have dry skin, this product will add moisture.

Cons:

However, if you have hope that it will soften acne scars and stretch marks, don't get excited about seeing any improvement. I used the product consistently for 6 months, twice a day.

Good for dry skin but ineffective for the appearance of scar reduction. I'm always up for trying new products, and will continue. Eventually developers will discover a remedy for those of us who are suffering from the results of teenage acne.

Pros:

Lasts a long time, easy to get hold of, good as a moisturizer

Cons:

Takes a long time to work and increases the severity of acne due to how oily it is

I think it's good as a moisturizer or on stretchmarks but I wouldn't recomend as a scar treatment whilst acne is a still a problem. It clog's pores and made my spots so much worse. I'm finishing off the bottle by using it on my hands and arms but I won't be buiyng it again.
