Pros:

After a month or two you get lots of complements about your clear skin. Pretty easy to use and not really expensive.

Cons:

You have to use it for a while, not just a week or two and then dump it.

It does take a month or more but once you've used it for that long i think it really does the trick. My face has fully cleared up and the pimples are not coming back while I still use this product. I have tried so many products, even really flashy expensive skin treatment lines and this has been the best by far. Will not ever go back to other products.

Pros:

The product does work for me but it will not be a miracle. Your acne did not form overnight and its not going to go away overnight either. It took me about a month and a half for all of my acne to go away.

Cons:

It is a little bit pricey.

It will take TIME for this product, or any product to work. You must be patient and use it for at least a month or two.

Pros:

Makes you feel like you are a step closer to clear skin because it seems to work for the people on the commercial.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I started with mild acne and it got worse.

Don't waste your money on this. It may or may not work for you and you can buy a product with the same active ingredient from your local drug store. It's a rip off. They offer the money-back guarantee, but how many people actually return the tubes when they are not satisfied? Whether you become a regular customer or not it doesn't matter. They only need you, and a million other people, to buy this once to produce a multi-million dollar revenue.

My skin is worse for using Proactiv after 1 week. I need help to clear these pimples - worse than ever.

Pros:

It works well if you know how to apply it to your face.

Cons:

Nothing much.

It IS perfect for people who have oilly skin! Really, put alot on your face not a pea sized amount because really it will not work if you use a little. It works by using micro-sized sponges that absorb excess oils and keeps your skin to a moderate oilness.

This product did not work for me. I used it for two months straight making sure that I used it exactly how I was instructed and it made things worse. I have just finished the second month and I have not seen any improvements at all

Pros:

Cleared up about 50% of my acne!

Cons:

Totally discolored my skin!Dont no why it did this but I used the proactiv system for 3months and although it cleared up some of my acne it discolored my skin and my clothes and fabrics! If someone knows the reason for this discoloration please tel me

I wouldn't recommend this product! I didn't like the smell of any of there products especially the moisturizer! Ive tried differin, eryacne gel, and proactiv which all discolored my skin, now ive just started sedamed products along with taking zinc and doxy-50 tablets! Only been taking it for 3 days so can't comment about it, but if it doesn't work man im going to be super pissed!!!!

Cons:

Proactive repairing lotion contains ceteareth 20 which is a MAJOR comedogenic (it can clog your pores and actually cause break outs)

Don't buy Proactive. You can get 2.5% BP products otc for WAY cheaper...ie: Neutrogena on the spot acne treatment. You don't need all of the so-called steps the proactive tries to sell. Plain ol' BP in a base that is NON-COMEDOGENIC is just as effective

Pros:

cleared up my skin right away! my skin looks better and feels better!
I feel it is VERY affordable

Cons:

sometimes I feel a little bit of burning and it dried out my neck.

So many people have said that proactive is expensive but have you ever bought anything other that a face wash from a drug store? go to any salon or department store and just try to beat this price! I have spent much more money on many, many other product! This product works better and is cheaper!!!!!!
