Proactiv Solution : Repairing Lotion 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide

I love this stuff, I use it with dans clear skin regimen. I used to use dans BP gel and it works very well to. But the difference for me it the proactiv BP is more moisturizing and my skin stays more supple with it compared to dans, they however for me both work equally well at keeping acne away. I used to use the whole proactiv system but just using the proactiv bp with dans regimen works better for me, I also use %100 pure sweet almond oil the NOW brand after I wash my face and before bp and this has made a huge difference in my skin, more supple, even toned and glowing. My Regimen is: 1-Wash with dans face wash, pat face dry 2-Put 6 or 7 drops sweet almond oil in my palm and rub gently into my skin, wait a couple minutes 3- use a small amount of proactiv BP smooth on face gently, wait a couple minutes 4- use a small amount Lachydrin-5 moisurizer The results clear, beautiful, even toned, supple skin

I use the whole Proactiv System, but I think it's the Repairing Lotion that does most of the work. The 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide is gentle enough to use over the whole face, which allows you to treat acne before it appears. The lotion formula feels moisturizing. I still only use it at night. I tried using it during the day, and it was too much. I got really dry and scaly. A light coating at night all over my t-zone, and in about 5 weeks, I was acne free. You have to keep using it though. If you quit, you'll just start breaking out again. Hands down the best BP I've ever used.

I found that Proactiv really worked. That is, until I woke up to large, almost swollen shut eyes and a face that was so red, it looked worse than a sun burn. I went to the clinic and they said the swelling might not go down in time for my graduation. When I googled this, I read that many people have this problem. It usually appears when someone uses it for a while, stops for more than a week, then continues again. Most people have this happen after years of use, but it only took me four months for side effects to occur. If I could rate this product zero out of five stars, I would. Wish me luck.

I have been using this for many years. I absolutely love it. I recently tried dans BP, which made my skin Peel all over. For me this lotion clears my acne and is not overdrying. I prefer lotion BP to gel BP.

it didnt cost me a ton of money so im not sad that i bought it but it did not work the way i wanted it to. the commercials make me think it will work over night, iv been using it for almost 3 months and some days my face is so red and broken out i have to put on a ton of makeup. i still have plenty of the stuff left and im going to use every last drop til its gone but im pretty sure i wont buy any more when its all gone.

Clears up face but does also dry it out. USE THE GREEN TEA MOISTURIZERRRR! ITS AMAZING

relliii good product but should be used after using a cleanser and waiting around 10min before applying the BP, then followed by a moisturizer.

For those of you people who don't have a sensitive skin issue I would say this is an excellent product. I am not sure if I am allergic to BP or if it is just the fragrance which has been added to the repairing lotion.

I liked it when I started using it, then it started to bleach my hairline and my eyebrows and I had people asking me if I dyed my eyebrows..I would recommend switching between this product and another..but Clean & Clear has one with the same ingredient for $6

Don't waste your money on this. It may or may not work for you and you can buy a product with the same active ingredient from your local drug store. It's a rip off. They offer the money-back guarantee, but how many people actually return the tubes when they are not satisfied? Whether you become a regular customer or not it doesn't matter. They only need you, and a million other people, to buy this once to produce a multi-million dollar revenue.
