Pros:

When used as a spot treatment, it dries up pimples and reduces redness.

Cons:

It smells bad, the packaging is too small, and proactive overall is just too expensive.

Use it as a spot treatment!

Pros:

- Worked for the first few months I started using it

Cons:

- after awhile it made my acne worse!

When I first started using this I would just dab it on the pimple... go to bed and wake up and it would be gone. HOWEVER after awhile I would put the mask on the pimple and I would wake up and the pimple would be formed O_O. I'm not sure if this happened for anyone else but based on this I would not use this for long term acne. It's great for spot treatment for people with LIGHT ACNE though.

Pros:

Leaves skin feeling soft and healthy. Reduces redness. Can use as an overnight mask or just as spot treatment. Will not dry skin.

Cons:

Doesnt do much for really irritated areas, like pimples that have been popped already. Not as strongly medicated as other brands (could be a good thing or bad thing)

I would purchase this product over the entire 3 step program because it has the healing effect of all three with half the effort and a fraction of the price. Dont use everyday or WILL dry the skin. Worth the money!

Pros:

It works especially after PMS and those unwanted bumps appear.

Cons:

Such a small amount for the price the refining mask is worth every penny; however the other products can be substituted at your local drug store.

If you love your face (which I do) you shouldn't worry touch about the cost ... after all it is your face, the refining mask is worth every penny! p.s Drink lots of water for clear skin it's cheap and you don't have to order online. Also Olay has great products as well

Pros:

Worked very well to remove bad breakouts on oily skin

Cons:

It's expensive for the small amount you get. And even though my face is excessively oily, my skin was severely dried out the first few times; neutrogena spf 15 skin moisturizer fixed that though.

Try it. I first bought the 1 oz. over the phone for 5.95 (w/ shipping and handling it'll cost you a total of about $12). Worked pretty good for me. Skin feels soft and the redness of my breakouts is reduced.

Pros:

Really helps reduce swelling and a oily skin.

Cons:

Kind of hard to wash off if left on over night since its sulfer and it gets real hard and it smells pretty bad.

Its a great product to try out, I wouldn't really recommend any of the other proactive products except this one. Read the ingredients before usage in case of an allergic reaction.

Pros:

This stuff is expensive, but it does suck a lot of oil. And it does make my face look good.

Cons:

It's expensive, and you got to order it online, or by phone.

I really recommend this to anyone who was to suck up alot of oil, and get a cleaner looking face.

Pros:

It's the only good Proactiv product! Your skin feels so nice after using it, and it really diminishes the size of cystic acne when used as a spot treatment

Cons:

Smelly...but it IS sulfur, and it's not that big of a deal!

The only item worth getting from the ProActiv line. It works really well. Make sure you only use a small amount when you use it as a mask- that's all you need, and it will last you a lot longer
