Pros:

Works well as a spot-treatment and as an all-over face mask

Cons:

it smells and Pricey

Pros:

I bought the whole Proactiv line (Salicylic Acid type) and the Refining Mask. I immediately used it as a spot treatment b/c I had about three huge zits on my face that were so big, and out of control. I noticed improvement over night!

Cons:

It was kind of expensive but to me well worth it. When your face is less than what you desire I don't think that you can quantify what you would be willing to do to fix it.

I would hightly recommend this product. I do not have severe acne, however, with age I have continued to have break-outs and problems and this is the first time that I have had consistent results and look forward to waking up to my face in the morning

Pros:

i left it on for the entire night [and not just 15 minutes] and this morning the size and redness went down.

Cons:

i used this product a lot a while back. if you overuse it your skin gets immune to it

yeah you should use it for spot treatment. and where i live you can just by the mask [without all the other stuff] at the mall, but it wasnt like that when i got it and thats why the price was expensive use it a couple of times a month.

Pros:

The refining mask is the best part of Pro Activ! It always works for me.

I got acne when I turned 22 and it made me really upset of using it I saw an improvement. My family and friends noticed it right away. All the products are great and the refining mask is key!

Pros:

Sort of worked when I first used it, dries up pimples, slightly reduced inflammation.
You can get a refund within 60 days

Cons:

After about two weeks there was no effect at all.
Really dried out skin
Burnt quite a bit (esp cleanser)

I didn't like it. It made my acne even worse than it ever was. Started getting breakouts everyday, got dry, itchy flaky skin, blackheads. Went to the doctor who told me that proavtiv was a piece of sh*t and he didnt know why people were buying it. Got antibiotic treatment which worked much better. Cleared up my acne within two weeks. BOTTOM LINE IT DIDNT WORK FOR ME.

Pros:

My face looks really bright and fresh. I didn't have acne really bad but alot of blemishes from previous breakouts and at least two pimples on my face at all times. But it has really made a big difference, I have nice skin!!

Cons:

It costs alot, and sometimes can be a chore to wash my face so much.

It's worth a try, and if you stay commited to doing the treatment, it will work.....worked for me.

Pros:

I had horrible break outs all over my face. I had baby soft skin upp until i was 21..I thought it'd never go away..so i finally tried pro activ..and i lov it..whoever says it doesn't work is WRONG and probably not using it like they shoud...

Cons:

the process takes a lil longer then normal washes....

Pros:

it works sooooo good! i use it all the time for spot treatments annnnnd all over my face once every two weeks.

Cons:

it doesnt smell too good.

omg! this stuff works so good. you should definetely use it. proactiv works too. really its just crazy. i wasnt sure if it would work as well as people said it would, but it really does work that good [and better!]

hi people i shudnt be asking questions but i really neeed help please if anyone with a really oily skin cuz i been using it for abt a week and a half and i dont know cuz instead of you people saying it dries out ur skin for me it makes it worse more oily for somereason wehn i called them they said your skin will get use to it im being patient cuz instead of my face gets fresh n feels gud it gets oily they said in 30 days to 60 days it will stop n my face is still breaking out will i dont have a lot of acne juss white heads all over and im still getting them and also i thk im picking them that why will some one help that uses please

Pros:

Clears skin. Only good Proactiv product.

Cons:

None - other than the fact that you cannot purchase this product in stores.

I used all the Proactiv products for about a year, this mask was the only thing I liked about Proactiv.
