Pros:

Reduces redness slightly.
Slightly being a key word.
It smells good, though.

Cons:

When used overnight as a mask, I saw no results. When used for 10 minutes as directed on the bottle, the only results I saw were minimizing redness. Also, it dried out my skin and can be difficult to remove.

It doesn't get rid of acne/pimples/zits/whatever-you'd-like-to-call-them.

Pros:

I bought the whole Proactiv line (Salicylic Acid type) and the Refining Mask. I immediately used it as a spot treatment b/c I had about three huge zits on my face that were so big, and out of control. I noticed improvement over night!

Cons:

It was kind of expensive but to me well worth it. When your face is less than what you desire I don't think that you can quantify what you would be willing to do to fix it.

I would hightly recommend this product. I do not have severe acne, however, with age I have continued to have break-outs and problems and this is the first time that I have had consistent results and look forward to waking up to my face in the morning

Pros:

I had horrible break outs all over my face. I had baby soft skin upp until i was 21..I thought it'd never go away..so i finally tried pro activ..and i lov it..whoever says it doesn't work is WRONG and probably not using it like they shoud...

Cons:

the process takes a lil longer then normal washes....

Pros:

Doesn't dry out acne so much as it just reduces the size entirely. I suppose you could say it TREATS it. Great as a spot treatment and stays well overnight.

Cons:

Expensive, though I think it's kind of worth it since nothing has worked as well as this. Some might have a problem with the smell, I think it's fine. SMALL tube for the price. Once you start to run out, it's difficult to get out.

I had used the mask twice a week and left it on for about 15 minutes. I gave that up and started using it as a spot treatment instead and was pleasantly surprised. I was completely clear for about two weeks (aside from red spots left by previous acne which was starting to fade with the use of this mask) until I adopted a new puppy that has been licking my face and cuddling up against him (I can't help it, he's so soft). I have about three new zits but I wore the spot treatment last night and I'm wearing it as I type this, since it's Sunday and I have nowhere to be, and it's dramatically reduced the size. Easy to apply and dries quickly but does not dry in humid weather. Feels kind of sticky and uncomfortable. All in all, I love it and I'll continue to use it. Hopefully they'll start selling larger tubes at a better price. Then I'll be hooked for life.

Pros:

really helps get rid of pimples, whiteheads and blackheads faster

Cons:

I spot treat so my dad thinks i look kind of funny walking arounf the house at night with little white dot on my face. lol it can also be drying so use a moisturizer before applying it.

Works good as a spot treatment. Best product in the proactive line!

Pros:

Takes away redness and shrinks the pimple...OVERNIGHT very very very very good for spot reatment The BEST.

Cons:

Um its hard to wash off! you should take a shower instead of washing it off over the sink it can irritate the pimple when you scrub it so I just take a shower that makes it work so well!

It just dries those pimples up!! I swear by this I do not like proactiv except for this item! *****

Pros:

It works excellent! The stench is from the sayticlic acid which smells like eggs :(. i leave on for 15 min and it works better

Cons:

Overnight treatment wipes on my bed, since I roll around alot and it has little result.

Overal it is very good best ive ever tried that hasent burnt my skin, it has just enough benzoil peroxide in the whole kit and excellent satilic acid content in the mask

Pros:

Works within a few uses, very relaxing on the face, clears small spots with ease with consistent use.

Cons:

Sold in such small containers, not as available as many other products.

It works. Best product I have ever used, including prescription topicals, top shelf products, and the extremely powerful pill, Accutane.

Pros:

I don't use the 3-step. I saw this in my friends bathroom and couldn't resist, I had to get it for myself. It wasn't that expensive. I got it on ebay. I don't really notice a smell but I guess I like it. I sleep in it every other night.

Cons:

It's such a small amount and I hate squeezing out more than I need because then I have to use that much.

Awesome product! I'm hoping my skin will be flawless in a week.
