Pros:

works well at preventing acne breakouts

Cons:

odd, small shaped bottle is hard to squeeze out when it's running low.

I use this product all over my face. It keeps my skin soft and just about acne-free. I have very mild acne and the breakouts have diminished since I've started using this product. If I do get any pimples, they're very small (and few and far between) and using the product as a spot treatment helps get rid of the pimples quickly. In the area in which I live, I can no longer buy this product in local drug stores. I tried other similar products, but was so disappointed with their effectiveness. I even had bad reactions to some. Thankfully, I can buy it on-line.

Pros:

Worked well the first few times used, but after a while stopped working as well. It goes on good and doesn't smell bad.

Cons:

If you touch it, there is a chance it may rub off. The bottle is too small for the price though, and it requires a lot of squeezing to get ALL of it out.

I would recommend this to people that experience overdrying with other products; this seems to be more gentle.

Pros:

Prevents breakouts, smooths skin, NOT DRYING! I like the fragrance..

Cons:

Kind of a small bottle, but that's it!

I started using this product in December it is now almost May, and I had mild-moderate acne, and am still using it! This proves it works because it worked great in the cold dry months, and it's continuing to work in the warm months. I used to have big bumps on my chin (the kind we all hate) that would take days to get rid of. Ever since I started using this I have only had ONE breakout.. That's extremely good considering it's been almost 5 months. Morning - I use Rapid Clear foam wash, mix Rapid Clear Lotion with Neut. Sensitive Skin Lotion. Evening - Same cleanser, Neut. Alcohol-Free Toner, and then Rapid Clear Lotion. Love it.

Pros:

Effective Salicyclic Acid (2%); lotion goes on smoothly; it is not overly drying; exfoliates skin; only a small amount is needed.

Cons:

All of these SA and AHA products seem to have a pungent odor, but it quickly dissipates. Skin tingles the first couple of days, but I liked that.

I use this with BP, not instead of it, as recommended by P. Begoun. My skin loves it. My regimen, AM and PM, is this: - Wash Face (wait 5 minutes) - Apply thin layer of Neutrogena Rapid Clear Lotion (wait 5) - Apply thin layer of Dan's BP (wait 10-15 ) - Apply moisturizer or sunscreen It leaves my skin smooth and glowing. I wouldn't want to have to choose between BP and the Rapid Clear SA Lotion; the SA is supposed to act like a booster for the BP, and together they work amazingly well. I love my skin with this routine and these products. (Thanks, Dan, for the fundamental steps and the BP!) One warning: Neutrogena also makes a Rapid Clear Gel, which is horrible. One of the main ingredients is Witch Hazel, which burns and irritates skin. Be careful not to confuse the two when ordering or buying. It might work for you, but I couldn't use the gel.

Pros:

Smells good, not sticky, feels good and smooth without making my skin looks white , works really well.. without irritating my skin.

Cons:

none

If your skin is sensitive to Benzoyl Peroxyde, this will work for you. Unlike BP, it won't leave your skin overly dry.

Pros:

clears up my acne quickly--overnight
keeps my skin balanced
can apply multiple times per day

Cons:

small bottle

I've been using the rapid clear lotion for almost a month and it has cleared my face almost entirely. I have tried tons of other approaches and medications both oral and topical from my dermatologist. This lotion in combination with a gentle facewash have worked wonders on my skin. The tube's small hole helps to only dispense a small amount, as it spreads very well and is very light on the skin.

Pros:

This makes my skin feel nice and I have mild acne so when I use it I don't get any acne and any that I already had goes away fast.

Cons:

If you use other acne products it wont really help with any dryness you have.

Works great and fast but won't help any dryness or peeling you already have. I love it.

Pros:

None, really.

Cons:

None, really.

All I can say is that this product didn't clear anything on my face, nor did it sting/burn. So, basically, it was worthless on me.
